I ordered a rain jacket from a Danish company on Friday and there's not been a shipping notice.

They also haven't answered my email that I sent them earlier today asking what the heck is going on with my order.

I didn't sign in with an account when I placed the order, so I can't see order status.

Heck, I can't even make an account on the website. I don't see anywhere to do so.

The email "view order" link just goes to the main page.

I checked trustpilot and there was only notes that they rake too long to answer emails.

I emailed them. They got back to me late, and said the order didn't go through, yet I was charged. So now I need to hassle them for a refund.

And I ordered from elsewhere. Store I often shop from, but the dang thing is three times the price.
