Just bought Hollow Knight on the Nintendo Switch for under $10. Since I’m still in the middle of my Shadowrun Returns playthrough, I only played a little bit of it. So far, I really like its mix of eerie and cute visuals, and its gameplay feels great. I can definitely see why it’s so highly regarded. With The Last Case of Benedict Fox coming out at the end of the month, April is looking to be a big Metroidvania purchasing month for me.

My primary PC recently decided to behave itself, thanks to nothing I did that I'm aware of. Yesterday afternoon, in celebration, I drove my first lengthy TSC QD ages. Below is a collection of images captured during the run's early phase: (link) TSC: WCML: Trent Valley, Stafford to Rugby stopping passenger service. (link)

Below is a collection of images captured during the run's early phase: (link) TSC: WCML: Trent Valley, Stafford to Rugby stopping passenger service. (link) I think the ability to have a train from around 1900 run a 2000’s route is the best part of this. I didn’t know that the Greater Britain class, which at least looked familiar to me, even if I couldn’t name it without help, were so short-lived. Built 1892 to 1894 and all scrapped by 1907. So known only from models, physical or digital, as none got into museums or other collections.

Understatement of the year right here, lol

You might like Well There's Your Problem. It's the engineering disaster podcast - which is in itself a disaster - with slides. Its basically a podcast, but the episodes are also on YouTube, where they have slides showing sometimes pertinent details, sometimes not. The thing I think you will like about it is that the hosts are all giant train nerds. So they have a lot of train-related episodes. They did about 9 hours on the Penn Central. They don't just talk about the disasters in their episodes. They also spend a lot of time in the lead up, explaining how these things work to begin with. Like, what is a train? How does train go? How do you stop train? etc... I suspect you will really like that.

Someone commentated on my commend, saying that he/she found my channel-name (Decrepit Productions) intriguing, so checked it out. Seeing that it nowadays consists mainly of railway/train videos, the responder asked if I was familiar with WTYP. I ignored the comment for weeks, and to the best of my recollection finally responded to it a day before your post here. The answer to both of you is yes, I am familiar with the channel. I'm not a subscriber, but have watched a number of its railway-related videos, and a few others. This post has been edited by Decrepit: Jun 10 2023, 01:20 PM

I am in the middle of their bonus episode on steam locomotives. It has been very informative. But 3 hours! It is a long one. I also recently watched their episode on the F-104 Starfighter. That was a good episode. I keep thinking Acadian ought to watch it. That plane had a hunger for the souls of pilots, it killed so many of them. Though it seems to have been more a case of how it was used, than how it was actually built.

QUOTE(Dark Reaper @ Jun 15 2023, 11:40 AM) Conan Exiles . A very complex game but it's filling that itch that made me enjoy Elden Ring and it's not to difficult to play. Is that a multiplayer game?
