QUOTE(Dark Reaper @ Jul 11 2023, 10:47 AM) Well I decided that I needed to be punished and bought Dark Souls 2 off of Steam.
Yeah, well have fun with that. Lol QUOTE(mirocu @ Jul 12 2023, 03:08 AM) Looking for a piece of paper I know I have. Just can't find it. Same with my old Gameboy boxes; I KNOW I didn't throw them away but I can't find them.
The information to where these items are is stored inside my brain, since I'm the one who handled them. But for whatever reason I don't have the ability to access it and I have to ask; why?
Has anyone else handled these items? Where would you normally keep stuff like that?

Yeah, well have fun with that. Lol Made it through the quarter half of the beginning of Dark Souls 2, It's tough but hell at least it's not unfair like Elden Ring where all the advantages in the game gets nerfed and the bosses gets buff just to spite the customers. The real challenge of DS2 is trying to figure out where to go and what order.

When it comes to the boxes I'm not actually sure since at some point I gave all the GB stuff to my sister. I have since gotten it back and I have asked her, but she can't recall where the boxes are either or whether or not she ever had them. Maybe I gave her all but those? I kick myself for ever being so reckless about it all. As for that piece of paper, while not really important in any way I did find them just yesterday evening. I also managed to find a pair of scissors that's been missing. I would have preferred to know what happened to those boxes, but two out of three, eh?

I’m glad you are enjoying it though! QUOTE(mirocu @ Jul 13 2023, 02:51 AM) QUOTE(TheCheshireKhajiit @ Jul 12 2023, 03:26 PM) Has anyone else handled these items? While it’s good that you found somethings, I’m sure it’s very frustrating to not know where those GB boxes are. Sorry birb.

QUOTE(TheCheshireKhajiit @ Jun 29 2023, 11:21 AM) QUOTE(mALX @ Jun 29 2023, 09:36 AM) No shirt ripping on that green, that was pure envy; lol. The only thing better than going to Comic Con would be going to E3, (which Alexander and Starge got to do the year before Oblivion came out, grrrrr; lol).
Yeah, sadly, it looks like E3 has gone the way of the dodo. It was cancelled this year because not enough companies committed. Most companies can just do a direct or whatever and don’t need to spend money on a space at E3. QUOTE(mirocu @ Jul 12 2023, 04:08 AM) Looking for a piece of paper I know I have. Just can't find it. Look in the "last place," that is where I usually find anything I'm looking for. Gameboy boxes that you would have stored would probably have been noted somewhere on the "Everything" thread, you could go back through years of posts to find out what you did with them! If this was helpful at all, send your payment for my excellent advice to "Squirrels R Us, USA." This post has been edited by mALX: Jul 13 2023, 04:26 PM

That place is only called "last" because once you find the thing you're after, you stop looking. So it can be anywhere!

Lena is correct; that last place can be anywhere. And trying to take a shortcut to it is futile; you can't break the system. I simply HAVE TO go through every single nook and cranny myself, tearing everything apart by hand, in order to even have a shot at it. And it may not even be enough. What if I actually DID throw them out, or my sister did, and I/her don't remember it and I search for hours in vain? Goodness birb, I feel terrible about it the loss of these boxes! I really hope you find them! Also, that squirrel image is frickin’ adorable! This post has been edited by TheCheshireKhajiit: Jul 14 2023, 02:27 PM

QUOTE(mirocu @ Jul 15 2023, 08:05 AM) Wow, you don't have to wind up the mag? That sounds awesome! I had to do that with my mag and I didn't like that very much. Is your magazine battery operated?
Nope has internal spring. Here's me firing it: https://youtu.be/P9cygP5xXGo
