Oh, fun. That once happened across the street from where I used to work. Weed deal went south and we heard at least a dozen gunshots before the fuzz raced in. My boss was interviewed on the news and everything.

Fairly large, IIRC. The building was a swap meet with some shady backroom stuff going on. Needless to say, it stayed closed after that.
