Anara moaned, pulling herself from the wreckage. Having been mostly inside Slogon for the killing blow, she wasn't too bladly injured. She felt multiple minor cuts from fragments of the Skarr, deep enough to bleed, but nothing too bad. She felt more than a few bruises however, perhaps a broken bone. They'd heal soon enough, however. She looked down on Slogon, the Dragon was almost certainly dead. The final bellow of flame had been the Dragon's final pained breath.
---
V'anul was less fortunate. As Slogon had neared the Skarr he had jumped off, knowing that he'd sustain less damage hitting the ground after leaping off the dragon than if he went with the dragon into the Skarr. He had landed rather roughly in the ash near the Skar. Both his legs burned with pain, no doubt broken. He pulled himself under the cover of a broken chunk of the skarr's roof that had fell outwards. He howled in responsce to Anara. Ah..son of a umbrella seller... he looked at his right leg, he could clearly see the white of bone sticking through the blood soaked flesh. Note to self - carry healing potions next time.
---
The Damage to the inside of the Skarr itself was massive, the small spire in the Skarr, and the walkways attacted to it were crushed. Llethri manor was heavily damage, Sarethi manor was mostly crushed, Arobar manor sustained moderate damage, as did the other manors, but those had sustained their damage mostly from the bellow of flame. The entrance hall of the Redoran Council hall had caved in. Unfortunatly, the Council hall was were the Civillians had been packed in. The supplies had been left out in the Skarr, and were crushed. As were the Redoran soldiers who had been guarding the supplies and acting as sentries in the walkways. In case anyone broke into the Skarr.
"Damnit!" Miner Arobar cursed, striking his sword against the rubble. "We're trapped."
The Guards with him traded unsure glances. "Which means if the battle isn't won..."
"We'll likely be stuck here and starve to death. Yes," was Arobar's reply.
---
"By Kyne..." Fenris said, watching the crash, distracted for a moment. He couldn't do anything however, and he knew it. He focused on the task at hand. Destroying the Dwemer Constructs.

Sel stopped his chasing of York when he saw the Skar collapse. Wasn't Celia in there healing? He oculdn't get there through the wall of constructs, but he would get there...
He began slashing at more of the monsters as they neared him.
Mage
Arcyakt looked at Vivec, the proud city that made its home on the water. Soon it would make its home in the water Arcyakt thought with a smile.
He didn't want to destroy a city that was so important in the economy, but he was now forced to take drastic measures.
He lifted his hands in the act of spellcasting, and by the time he put them down, the remaining cantons of Vivec were now in tiny pieces, quickly sinking to the bottom.
"Alton!" Arcyakt called. "We are done here. Let the survivors swim to shore, we make our way to Ald-ruhn."
He resurrected the constructs that needed it and teleported them all, himself, and Alton to the outskirts of Ald-ruhn.
He looked around for Osano, hoping for a report of some kind, until he heard Osano in his head.
I'm here now. Arcyakt replied as he busied himself with resurrecting the fallen constructs inside and outside of the gates.
OOC: sorry megil, but it had to be done.

QUOTE(Red @ Aug 19 2005, 10:45 PM) OOC: I personnaly thought destroying Vivec was completely unnecissery, as was destroying the first canton. OOC: not when Megil won't surrender and allow for the RP to end...

Ok, remember not to bring back every single construct though, many of them where completely destroyed due to well place mines and well thrown grenades. Also, I think we're keeping the breached wall blocked with the frozen constructs.

The disorintation (SP) of the transportation quickly faded when the site of a burning city, and thousands of people and machines fighting amongst it. "Amazing.." Alton stammered.
He commanded the army to stay put but led Abulard to the midst of the fighting. Much blood was being spilt and Alton stayed out of most of it.
"Abulard, this is your choice now, either follow me or return to Arcaykt" The redgaurd pondered the situation for a while and then looked up to Alton, "Even in the short days that I've known you, you have become a valuable ally, and a wonderful friend."
Alton nodded towards the man and then led the way through the battle, taking part in neither side.

Time seemed to slow down as Sel noticed him, his instant reaction was do draw his weapon, but he forced it down. Promptly putting the best smile on his face extending his had he said, "Sel, its been a long time. Dead men don't come back often." Alton, no Falx, looked around, "Seems that you all are having quite the brawl. Mind if I join in?"
Hah, Damn you and your tricky ways Arcaykt. Making me think that these people, my friends, would knowingly abondon me. Damn you, and damn those constructs!
Falx remebered the stone, the object that gave power to the army. Thoughts quickly raced into his mind, and it began as so.
The army of contructs began to turn on each other, including the undead minions. Outside the main battle a little one of several thousands of others fought it out, disasembling them, or slicing in the case of the undead servants.
"Hmph, that should do it."
Falx unsheathed his sword and charged head long into the battle.

York was surprised to still be alive, it seemed that Osano had distracted the archer from dealing the final blow. The arrows had been pulled from him as well but his strength had not fully recovered, he pushed himself to his knees and looked about, still weak from the loss of blood. He picked up a bottle one of the archers had tied to his belt and opened it, first pouring some of it's contents on the ground to test if it was a "grenade" or a potion. Satisfied that the liquid hadn't burst into flame, he drank it quickly. York felt himself become stronger as his minor wounds healed, he'd gotten lucky that one of the archers hadn't drank his healing potion. With the arrival of Arcyakt, he stood and searched for the archer or Sel. Hopefully Sel since he didn't have a bow. OOC:Stupid bows...and mages.... You should've killed him Seeker...too late now I suppose. This post has been edited by Kiln: Aug 20 2005, 06:24 AM

Megil walked out of the Ald'rhun mages guild covered in rubble and dust. Arcyakt had simply demolished the city.
what a coward. I'm just glad i got the women and children out of there, and that the men were all out making as much of a dent as possible into Alton's army.
He emerged to see a raging battle going on around him, he didn't hesitate and let the anger and rage take control of him. two blade of water formed in his hands, he slipped through the constructs like a silent spring, with every slash corroding the constructs into rust. The constructs could not touch him, since he struck before they sensed his presence.

Shakur had his archers ready thier arrows when a group of zombies rushed at them, but when the shots to the heads of hte zombies struck, the zombies hadn't fallen. "Halbidiers, down and up!" as Shakur finished his words, 25 Halbidiers crouched with their long wepon facing the zombies, while the 25 lined up behind them with thier halbidiers stretched towards the zombies. The undead monsters hit the wepons hard, and as they swung thier arms and atempted to break free, Shakur and the swordsmen came around thier backs decapitating them. "Good job men! Regroup!" yelled an officer, taking the words right out of Shakur's mouth. The men regrouped and a few of the stronger soldiers along with Shakur grabbed some more arrows from the nearby destroyed armory.

Once Otik reached the spot were he left York he was shocked (to say the least, to find that the man was gone, saw the contents of a potion on the ground and started to panic. He knew that York was probebly looking for him and wasn't as wonded. Oitk's only chance of beating York was that York didn't know Otik was looking for him.
