Wurlon, my wolfmen are already capable of using any weaponry you shoudl choose to give them, the kowledge of how to use them is part of their genetic memory. However, before i grant your request, i'll need to know which kind of wolfmen you want, standar all around troops, ultra strong assault brutes, or commanders?

I don't remember granting Shogun permission to put any kind of nuclear facility on the moon.

If minque allowed it, nothing more will be said.

i'm 250,000 miles away from earth, i need no permission. besides, dantrag from universe 573 got control of time travel and gave me permission.

first of all, my limits of jurisdiction are not bound only to the earth. Nowhere in my title does it say "of earth only".

Second of all, the Dantrag of universe 573 has no say in universe one, so it doesn't matter if he's ruler of heeaven and hell.

I request that the Evil Genius Collaboration have Shogun's nuclear facility dismantled and sent to my headquarters as punishment for acting against the coalition.

The Wolfman DNA is a closely guarded secret, and as such, none but myself have access to it. Any attempt to extract it from one of my wolfmen will result in a trigger in their psyche causing them to enter a psychotic bloodlust. However, i will grant you your request for 38 all around troops, 10 brutes and 2 commanders. Each of these has the capacity to speak, and all have a large vocabulary of several languages, but the commander types are the most eloquent, being the smartest. Wolfwomen are also closely protected by the pack, and any attempt to remove any, even by me, would have bad results.

I cannot offer money, as I cannot do that, but I can offer you 100 robotically enchanced skeletal warriors w/ weaponry if you do. You must give me these ingredients, it is absolutely necessary!

Unfortunately i cannot grant you access to the DNA code for my own security reasons, and for other reasons i am unwilling to disclose, and the code for Wolfwomen ws destroyed at the insistence of my wolfmen after 20 were created. You will have to make do with what you have requested. These wolfmen are already in transit, ETA 1 day. Further requests will be considered, but will require time

Your request will require an additoinal three days, 2 days for the breeding of said forces, and one day for transport. Any attempts to get the DNA from any of these troops will result in swift and deadly retaliation. You have been warned

Wurlon, you're splicing your DNA? That's genetic manipulation. If you do so without a permit fro me then I'll send you to my time-prison so you can chill with gamer for the rest of eternity.

Normally I could only fine you and confiscate the genetically altered beasts, but genetically altering yourself, that earns you time. Permits these days are expensive too.
