Dear Mr. King Death Anyone can join the AE but you must state your resign from the evil coalition, read our constitution/ rules and state what you will be ( check first post of the thread for examples). There are no such things as overlords of everything, and you are not allowed to attack until both coalititions agree on rules. If you take a look I would have annihilated all the evil coalition's moonbases and Thrall's Laputa island but it was seen as too chaotic. If you attack , it is void.
