Hall of Justice, New Vivec

Megil listened to Falx's story. He then thought it over for several hours, unable to decide what to do.

I don't mind refugees, but a legal faction setup for the legion might e to risky. sure they will be thankful at first but they will then turn to control. They might try and take New Vivec at a later day. But by denying them that right they will consider New Vivec and enemy, and once they have all gathered they will then launch an attack against the city.

This is a tight situation. Already the Telvanni want me dead. by allowing th Legion to be resurrected in the city I am sure to gain the scorn of the other houses. Very tricky indeed. But I could also allow the Legion in on the condition that should insurrection occur they are to defend the City of New Vivec against any house or faction.

Such arguments passed through Megil's mind. he scribbled plans on parchment and tried to predict what would happen in each circumstance. In the end it was a lose-lose situation. and 1,000 men was not that much compared to the population of Vivec, it could help to an extent. There was also another option.

Having decided Megil began writing an official letter to the Legion.

Dear Falx and Legionnaires,

It has come to my attention that stranded legion soldiers throughout Vvardenfell have been sunned and abused over the past years. Due to this anger has rise in the refugees who intend to unite once more and have their revenge on vvardenfell. I can understand the hatred, but am willing to try and help those who choose.

I have given Captain Falx Albarnias the power to gather as many legion members as possible and bring them into the neutral City of New Vivec, where they will be given housing, jobs, and freedom of persecution. I do this knowing that in doing so I endanger this city of hatred from the other factions. I hope you realize the sacrifice this requires on my part and that if the time comes you will stand to protect the city.

A third option remains, the city of New Vivec being neutral has some leeway with the empire. should all who desire to leave Vvardenfell I shall arrange for transportation with the empire to take you back to the mainland. This option will be of no cost to those who wish to leave. To those who remain I grant a 2 week period after the arrival in Vivec in which septims will be taken at original value and exchanged for another currency of the soldier's choice.

Sul Matuul looked around the room awkwardly. "Redoran..." he began, "Redoran is not always as honorable as the facade they wear, but I believe you, if you say we can trust them, then we shall trust them."

"No one is above dirty tricks," said En'Fel

"No, but... well, if Sedrane Mirpal of Ahemussa approves it, then we will decide what are next... united move will be," said Sul Matuul, and he turned his head to Sedrane, as did En'Fel.

Sedrane Mirpal, Urshilaki meeting

Sedrane rose to his feet, turned to Sul-Matuul and spoke:

"Twenty years ago, a young cyrodiilic girl came to the Ahemmussa, battered and bruised for refuge. She was taken care of by my mother Sinnamu Mirpal and made a member of my family as well as the tribe. She became an apprentice to my mother and learned all to be a wise woman. " Sedrane paused...and turned to Serene, with a warm look.

"She was always there for me, a seven year old cocky boy who always got in trouble, more than once she saved my life...if she says we ought to unite then may it be so.....if she trusts you En´Fel, then I do, if she says the Redorans will support us then I believe her"

Sedrane took Serene´s hand and kissed it..

"I personally have one condition though," he continued, " All ashlanders must do their utmost to protect her, no man is allowed to hurt her in any way! Or he will answer to me, personally"

While saying this he looked sternly at Akar; then he rose his hands to the sky saying:

"The Ahemmussa will unite with the Urshilaki, the Zainab and the Erabenimsun to fight all enemies and recover the land that was given to us by our ancestors!"

At Sedrane's comment, Jonacin stood. "Excuse me Sedrane, but i believe it is me who they'll answer to, as she is my wife"

Sedrane Urshilaki

" Of course, you are the great Hero of Vvardenfell, the slayer of Arcyakt, also the beloved husband of my heartfriend Serene, naturally any threatening person will be answering to you." Sedrane said

"I am truly honoured to meet you...." he added bowing his head in respect


Serene, Urshilaki

"I am very happy that this union of Tribes will be" Serene said, " Now our mission will be to gather the Redoran forces," she said lookin at her husband with love

Then she turned to Akar; tears in her eyes

"Can I please talk to you?"

"Don't do that Sedrane, I was overconfident in my abilities and it nearly got me killed" Jonacin said, slightly irritated.

"My darling" Serene kissed her husband, "will you stay with me when I speak with that young man over there, he´s most certain Saryn, my son" she whispered

IC: Konrad watched the man witha strange look on his face, a mixture of loathing and confusion. "Ah yes, I remember. She was veyr stressed out. Now kindly leave, or my friend Sel here will make you not even be able to breath."

Anthanes- Ald'ruhn

Anthanes awoke rested and refreshed. After a small breakfast, the half-dunmer walked the streets of Ald'ruhn, aware of the prying eyes he recieved. His gaze dropped on a Dunmer and a young Imperial entering town, both looking like fighter-types. A rare combination in these days... Anthanes continued to follow them with his eyes.

Arneth
Vvardenfell
North, close to Urshilaku Camp

Arneth got up on a little grass hill around a mile from the Urshilaku camp, but he could see if quite clear over the grass plain. He sat down on one knee taking up his waterskin from his sack taking a sip as he looked at the camp and scanned around for anything or anyone.

"Maybe I should go closer, but stay hidden and see what this is all about" Arneth said to himself scratching the back of his head, he swung his backpack around taking out his old bow with a few arrows left checking he had them. It could come to use.

Arneth leaped of the hill and crouched his way closer and closer to the camp until he was around one hundred feet away behind a few large rocks where he layed down his equipment. He needed to try not to look like a spy if they saw him, thought he wasn't hostile to them at all.

Akar, Urshilaku Camp

Akar had often wondered what their meeting would be like.

Would his mother hate him? She had, after all abandoned him as an infant.

Or had she given him to the orphanage out of concern for her son's life because she couldn't care for him?

He also wondered if their eye color was some sort of coincidence; her husband was most certainly not dunmer....

"Sure." he said, still uncertain of his mother's intentions.

Sel, Morvayn Manor Basement



"I have no quarrel with Mara, and she has none with me." Sel answered flatly.

He looked quizzically at Konrad. Why was the younger imperial making threats through him? He had noticed for the first time that he carried no weapon....

"So, please leave before this gets any uglier than it needs to." he said to the stranger. Sel might have gone, if he didn't think that this stranger had meant to harm Leni.

Amili, New Vivec

Amili sat down in her study, reading another book she had recently aquired. It said something of an imperial mage who could make people burn from the inside. This intrigued Amili more than a little, and she regreted that the mage remained nameless for some reason.

She closed the book after awhile; it was a story, not a book with any relevant information pertaining to the spell.

Serene, Urshilaki

Serene looked at the young half-breed, understanding he didn´t have had an easy life, half-breeds were not well seen, yet he was very handsome, did not resemble his father very much if she remembered him right, the young gardener who was his biological father was rather short and skinny....but he have had a beautiful black hair...

She stretched out her hand towards her son saying:

"Saryn, I have waited 20 years for this moment, ever since that day you were taken from me only 2 years old, because you were regarded as a shame to the family of your grandparents. But I never stopped thinking about you, and I have been searching for so long time"

Tears of joy ran down her face when she went towards Akar to embrace him......

Akar, Urshilaku Camp

Akar returned the embrace, glad to hear, that he wasn't in fact, unwanted. He couldn't help but feel the anger when she said that he had been abandoned because of his heritage. How was it his fault that his father was of a different race than his mother?

Another thing bothered him; he wasn't allowed to keep his real name? Or was that his foster parents' doing?

"Saryn?" he whispered to himself questioningly.

Serene Urshilaki

Serene felt warm and happy, embracing her long lost son.....

"I named you Saryn courtesy of your father, who was my friend .....but you have been Akar the most of your life so you may do as you want, both names are yours, if you want to be called Akar it´s ok..."



"I can´t tell him about how he was conceived....he would be hurt, I just want to love him, I want him to come and live with us back in Ald´ruhn when all this is over"

Akar, Urshilaku Camp

"So," he said, breaking out of the somewhat awkward embrace. "What next?"

Serene, Urshilaki

Serene let Akar loose....smiling...

"He´ll soften up later, when we are alone"

"I think the best is to let the ashkans discuss that amongst them ," she said, En´fel is a sensible man....you learn from him Akar"

Serene then turned around and sat down again......exhausted from the last hours events.....

CEDRIS

"I will just continually repeat my request, so we can just stand indecisive all day."

Ced could force Selenil, he knew that. A paralyzing spell would work just fine.

Mara doesn't have a quarrel for you stupid, she has a task!

Amroth stopped at the door. The owners of this manor were probably wealthy . . this would be a fine spot for begging. With a sigh he raised a weak arm, and knocked on the door.

Akar, Urshilaku Camp

Akar sat down beside his newly found mother. "We have a lot of catching up to do." he said with a smile, showing that he was looking forward to it.



Sel thought about this for a second. No matter how many times he threw this stranger out, he would just teleport back; he had proven that already.

"Fine." Sel conceded. "On one condition; you leave ahead of me. I won't have you harming anyone in this house."

Just then, he heard a knock. "Hurry, before our guest leaves." Sel said, hinting at the fact that Ced wouldn't be trusted in this house without supervision.
