En'Fel New Vivec Prison
"You can do nothing," En'Fel stated. "It's simple, before I lift a finger for you I want a plan of action. I'm not just going to run to the House Hall and kill. You don't know that blue-eyed dunmer like I do. He'll find me. I obviously don't care whether or not you actually plan to be a better ruler than Melkaan Uvirith, because frankly you're no more immortal than him.
"Very well, I will come up with the plan. I assume now that the meeting is over he has no reason to stay. Escort him back to Sadrith Mora, smuggle me along. I cannot kill him in this city. On a certain night we plan in advance, you will arrange it so that only you and him stand in his Hall together. I will approach the Hall during the changing of the guard. Arrange it so that no one comes to his aid when he calls for help after he hears the initial screams of his guards being murdered outside. Put a trap on the doors to his Hall so that if a guard attempted to enter they will die, but do not lock it, I will need to enter.
"Are you going to remember this? I need just a moment for him to be vulnerable, just a tiny ounce of time where he realizes he has no protection. I will enter the Hall, my braids blowing in the gusts of wind, my body a silhouette, striking fear. He will fall to his knees and wonder how it happened, how he let it slip, and I will kill him then."
En'Fel looked up to Amili, "When he is dead, everyone will know it was me. The entire room will be painted in my marks. For the sake of making you look loyal, you can scorch the room a bit to look like a battle ensued. You will be raised to House Leader with no question, and when that happens, you will withdraw from the Grazelands, you will promise sanctity of the Ashlanders, and you will leave us alone. If ever you disobey what I decree, then remember to sleep with one eye open for the rest of your existance."

Amili, New Vivec
"First of all, I could do it myself if I really wanted to, I just figured that using you would make it more convienient. I have a few revisions for this 'decree' you so arrogantly throw at me from a jail cell."
"Two things; first, there is no way that Melkaan would ever bring me with him to Sadrith Mora. I basically serve as his eyes, ears and voice here in Vivec, while he pursues his own matters, making my part in your plan completely impossible."
Amili gave En'fel a stern glare. "And House Telvanni will not remove itself from the grazelands. I was thinking more along the lines of an alliance, or at least a trading relationship between us, seeing as the tribes hold many resources useful to us."
"How about we plan this assassination before we begin negotiations?"

En'Fel New Vivec Prison
"You will find a reason to accompany him to Sadrith Mora if you plan to success him. Your part in arranging a few things to leave him conveniently open to an attack is crucial. Listen very, very carefully. I cannot kill him in this city, and I cannot kill him without your direct help. I can, but I will not."
En'Fel knew how to control a situation even from a jail cell. He held all the cards. The idea was to find out what the other negotiator really wanted and play the argument around that. Just because he was in a jail cell did not mean she could simply walk away from their negotiations and let him die.
"You see, Amili, no one else will do but an Ashlander, no one else will do but me. If I don't kill him, then can you really excape suspicion? I doubt it, I highly doubt it. I am sure my fame began to grow the very first moment Telvanni soldiers met me in battle. My signature, my 'Chilling Touch' has made me a symbol, I'm sure of it. If I kill Melkaan Uvirith using the Chilling Touch, it represents the Ashlander's defeat against Melkaan Uvirith, it represents Telvanni's nemesis finishing his task. There is no coup involved with me, there is no suspicion with me. Yes, yes you could go and find some other Ashlander, but would he be able to succeed? I doubt that."
En'Fel used this argument to enforce that he may be in a jail-cell, but Amili was the one locked up. She needed him as much as he needed her, and he would not let her forget that.
"As for the Grazelands, I will tell you what, we will talk about that later," En'Fel decided that after they sack Tel Vos she would be more willing to negotiate.

"Oh im sorry, i'm just wondering if either of you to strong men could tell me when and where hlaalu is meeting" dalrus said letting down her hair Anara, New Vivec, Hlaalu Area "Probablly in some Hlaalu building. Just look for a building with a sign that contains the Hlaalu symbol. Which is a pair of scales," Anara said, glaring at the woman as she let down her hair. "Scales for weighing. Not lizard scales."

Megil-HOJ, New Vivec
Megils at in his office reading the message from teh empire. a meeting was to occur in 3 days at the Vivec Council chamber to discuss the legion refugees, as well as other business between New Vivec and the Empire.
While the rest of Vvardenfell was held under an embargo by the empire, Megil had managed to strike a deal that allowed trade between Vivec and the Mainland. It was for this reason that Vivec was more succesful than the other cities--well apart from the wealth Megil put into the city. of course most of this trade was kept highly secret and no one really knew about it. sure there were rumors, but they were easily put into doubt.
Megil then found a report that discussed the dismissal of the ashlader. Amili had come in and bailed the man out. Overall Megil didn't care, so far he had kept up his deal of treating the houses fairly. beneath was a note from an informant that had been listening to Amilli's and En'fels conversation. Megil read it carefully
So long as it is out of the city it is not any of my business, and proceeded to burn the note.
Megil also got a note from Tall Tongue, he was glad the argonian had witnessed the murder, but the description was not very helpful. Megil would wait until Tall Tongue reported again expecting a more detailed description of the murderer. a thought came to MEgil and he descended to the undercity, thrugh the traps and puzzles until he reached another chamber, he asked the young boy within who the murderer of the legionnaire's was. The boy looked at Megil with the dead eyes,
"Wred," the boy said. Megil had no idea who this Wred was, but thanks to the documents from the gates, it could easily be discovered. Megil thanked the boy and treturned to the HOJ. he asked a group to search the records for the past month to for an imperial named Wred. It would take several hours, if not a day or two to figure this out. there were alot of papers to be scanned.

Konrad looked around him at Ald Ruhn. He had been training for aeons, it was time to find some food. He walked up to the new baker shop's window, smashed the glass with his sword then picked out which loaves and cakes he wanted. At a weak attempt to stop him by the owner Konrad glanced at th podgy man, flinging him against the back wall .
He got out his levitation belt and strapped it around his waist, making him float in the air. He quickly jumped upwards into the sky, leaving behind the angry shopkeeper. He flew towards New Vivec, wondering what it would look like.
He smiled at the New Design of the city, Megil had done well. He wasn't keen on Old Vivec. He dropped down just inside Hlaalu area, landing just in front of the deep conversation between Anthanes and some female. He would have to join one of the houses at some point, so it was going to be either Redoran or Hlaalu.
"Hello Anthanes, what's with the crew?" he asked, gesturing to the people behind the Battlemage.
