one thing i m mostly going to do is push people down staris we know we can, and im going to make a big pile of stuff on top of the stairs then when someone comes up ill push it on them mwahhhhhh!!

very doubtful, it has been said that there are interior and exterior cells which means to push them out a window would be pushing them out into what has come to be known as the "abyss"

unless the window acted as an exit, like a door. then i suppose with some modding that would be completely possible
