It may be more of an anti-elf thing. From the three paragraphs I read on Imperial Library, Elves used to rule others. Or keep them as slaves.

To answer your question: with the lore of Tamriel considered, it's sufficient to say that the Dunmer, Orcs, Nords, and a few other Barbarian races will be interacting harshly with eachother. High Elves, Imperials, and Bosmer aren't racists-- far from it. Then again, with over fifty recorded hours of voice dialogue, it's safe to imagine that anything is possible.

High elves aren't racists as much as they just naturally assume they're more civilized than the other races. Other than that, dunmer, orcs and nords aren't racists necessarily, but they're not above using a racist term to describe someone of another race if they're angry at them. Khajiit are a very closed race, and are less trustworthy of other races, and argonians, well speculists say they killed off all the other lizard species in the Black Marsh using a plague... so who knows what to expect from them.

There probably will be some hate crimes considering the khajiit were enslaved in the past.

But... humans were enslaved in the past.

And now everybody submits to human rule. It all works out one way or another.

Dunmer from Morrowind are very racist

All Altmer consider all the other races lesser then them(somewhere I heard that outlanders aren´t allowed to leave this one town is Sumemrset Isles and have to stay there)

Orc they are almost elves so I think they disliek the humans for hunting them and killing them back in the old days

don´t know about the other but I don´t trust the Bosmer they are cannibals for frigs sake

i dislike altmer because of this. they were so arrogant at one point i just started assassinating all of em.

Yes, I remember something said about Altmer not liking the Bosmer, and something about depending on your race, people will treat you differently...

Bosmer are really with nature and are into the cannibalism stuff, so that could be why Altmer target them in particular as being 'uncivilized'. Actually, the Bosmer remind me of some tribes in the real world (the whole eating your dead relatives thing, anyway).

But, yeah, I remember an interview mentioning that racism was in. So I guess if you're a Bosmer, the Altmer race in particular would like you the least. Maybe you have a lower chance of bargaining successfully with an Altmer shopkeeper if you were a Bosmer?
