Sedrane Zergonipal

Kaushad´s last sermon annoyed Sedrane more than he thought was possible, he had to turn away from the older man to hide his anger. He took a deep breath and replied in a voice not really steady:

"You pick on me just as if you were my father..but you are NOT..my father is dead...You don´t think I´m aware of our customs and traditions? Well to tell you the truth ..I am!..I just look ahead a bit..see new opportunities...we can´t always dwell in the past...new type of attack will be beneficial to our warriors......Oh and you would not have been at me like this if Serene would have been here!!! You all respect her too much ..and..and..."

Sedrane´s voice broke..he had to turn away again, utterly disturbed by the fact that he had such trouble hiding his feelings...Serene always have said that this fact was one of the things he had to work on.....

"Damn him..why does he always pick on me? Serene where are you when I need you?"

Serene, vivec

"Oh this is Amroth....haven´t you met him?" Serene looked at Sel..."why he´s nice but never seems to get enough food, he always comes to our house back in Ald´ruhn to get himself a decent meal...."

Then she once again thought she noticed a familiar figure....but..but that couldn´t be ..no way....hmmm it looked as if it was Falx..but..no....wasn´t he ...dead???

Serene looked at the figure partly in the shadows....

"So" she said, "Has anyone a sword I could use? Sel here is taking me to the Arena.."

Wred Halius
Undercity Cell

Wred was given a few meals to keep himself going. He didn't know what the sewege was that tasted horrible and smelled horrible, but it kept his energy going. He began going through his regular training sessions, mostly bored with being locked away. Throughout all of it he pondered.

What had he done with his life? Where was he going? There was so much more to the mystery of life than assisting some greedy guy. He needed to be free, to enter a world on a clean slate. He knew now that one cannot ignore their deeds of the past, they have to rectify them.

But Wred chose his life, there was no going back. His brain told him so, his ideals and morals told him so, but his conscience said otherwise, and no matter how quiet, it would not be ignored.

Wred Halius could do nothing now but wait, to see what they wanted, and worry about the myterious deal he made. If he got out of this, he will have owed a debt to someone, but who?

Isaarin Sithiln
Stauros Manor

"Nice time talking to you. We'll be in touch if you need assistance. We'll have to correspond. Oh, there is another Councilor you may want to contact whom I haven't spoken to in months. Dalrus I think, give her something to do."

Isaarin finished his beverage and left the Manor. Feeling rather lifted by his new plan of action, he decided to take a walk around New Vivec. He kept two personal guards close to him, and four to wander around the streets, alleys and roof-tops surrounding him to keep an eye out for trouble.

Kaushad
Zergonipal

"Be a man! You are Ashkhan. You've acted so professionably, you've done so well so far. Do not melt on me just because I don't like desecration of culture," Kaushad couldn't stand be cornered. He knew, were anyone else here, he would be cornered on his beliefs, even En'Fel.

Sel, New Vivec

"I only have my sword." Sel said. He pulled out his puch. "I do have twelve gold pieces; whatever good that will do."

Amili and Melkaan, New Vivec

The soldiers that acted as their bodyguards began loading Melkaan's personal ship, The Dreugh for the trip to Sadrith Mora.

Amili stood beside Melkaan on the dock. "Why didn't you say anything to Megil about the attacks? He surely would have found the Morag Tong guilty."

"It would do no good; I would merely be hunted more." Melkaan replied.

"I see." was all the response that Amili offered.

She hoped that En'fel was on his way, or waws already in Sadrith Mora; she hadn't gotten the chance to meet with him, because she had been with Melkaan the entire time.

When the soldiers were finished, Melkaan and MAili stepped onto the ship and they were soon underway.

Stauros->Manor (also a few servants and Delfran tongue.gif)

Stauros nodded as Isaarin left and when he was out of siht and ear shot, Staruos called his servants, "I'm leaving for a while, You. Find Were Megil is and Tell them Otik hopes he gets well. Secondly, you, clean up this mess. Thirdly, you can all hang loose but if you get the guards to barge in here then you will all hear from me." The respective servants hurried off to get there jobs done so they could have fun when a new Servant barged into the house"

The tough looking servant spotted Stauros and said, "pardon me serjo, but you must be Stauros, and A arena warior was injured, by the name of Delfran and"

Stauros cut him off, "yes Take me to him" Dang I still have to hunt down Dalrus and tell her to do something, perfect.

Stauros followed the servant to the arena were Delfran was surrounded by people while lieing on a bed. "Perfect Delfran" he smiled "We are soppose to leave and do something and you get yourself hurt"

Delfran cryed in protest, "I couldn't help it all f a sudden the stupid man disapeared and hit me in the side!"

Stauros saw the healer walk into the room and told Delfran, "hold in there, I need to hunt someone down, and no, it isn't what you think it is."

With that Staruos left the Arena in search of Dalrus.

Sedrane
Zergonipal

Sedrane bowed his head, in his mind it was chaos, he felt so tired, on one hand Kaushad praised him for doing good as Ashkan..on the other hand he treated him as a scholar..why???

"I´ll try to rest now for a while " he said calmly, "Please wake me up when my warriors arrive"

Addressing Jonacin:

"We will continue our discussion later" his face was emotionless but inside he was screaming in agony

Serene
New Vivec

"Ehhm, I can´t take your gold, Sel" Serene thought about her options and decided to either just enchant her dagger.....or....try to lend a sword from one of the Ordinators

"Amroth...you don´t happen to have a spare sword by any chance?"

Athyn Sarethi, watching over Megil
New Vivec

"I wonder, what will become of this?, Serene had this premonition of something evil threatening this young man.....Serene usually is right......"

The old man sighed and checked his sword...just in case....

Amroth

Amroth frowned.

"No, I don't have a sword. What do you need a sword for?" He asked curiously.

Cedris

Cedris stood up put his boot above Anthanes head before slamming it down on the Dunmer's forehead.

"That should keep you out a while."

"oh..hmm I´m going to Arena with Sel......there might be some....shall we say sparring or ..ehh fighting, i just want to be prepared"

Serene really felt good about the chance of some physical training.....hoping it would be for fun and not anything serious....

"In fact, I've never even held a sword before in my life."

"Fighting? Why?" He pondered over her statement for a moment. He obviously wasn't in tune with the events.

Arneth
New Vivec

Arneth had slowly followed Sel and Serene as they walked around in Vivec, looked like they where heading for the Arena. As he leaned against the nearby wall as he looked at the Arena. Had been sometime since he had been there, he took of his gauntlet and looked at his ring he got after winning the Warriors Trial...

Without much thoughts he walked against the Arena, going past Serene and Sel with a unknown man for him. He looked back at them for a moment.

What are they doing here in New Vivec? Arneth thought as he looked at them talking to the unknown man. He knew that it was one of the few safe places and that the things where happening here in New Vivec.

Arneth turned away before talking into the arena. Felt wierd coming into the arena again, he stood there looking down at it for a while thinking back before sitting down near the exit.

Sel, New Vivec

Sel continued walking with Serene towards the Arena. "Won't they provide you with a sword anyway?"

He paused for a second before voicing his thoughts. "Why do you need a sword anyway? I would think that your spells would be enough..."

En'Fel
New Vivec Docks

"That poor kid with the braids, you seen him?"asked to foreman.

"No Sir, skipped out today," replied one of the dock-workers.

"Well pick up a begger, we have to load this stuff in an hour. Suddenly it's really important that Melkaan Uvirith take the boat back, and on top o' that, screw up the schedule so he wouldn't be expected," the foreman said.

En'Fel watched through a few cracks in the crates. When no one was looking, he took an empty crate from a stack of them and slipped it into the piles that were being loaded into the boat to Sadrith Mora. He crawled inside. Inside, he siletly stripped himself of his old clothing. He was a citizen of the civilized world no longer, and an Ashlander once again.

Twenty minutes later he felt a tug, as his crate was lifted to be loaded in. "Watch your step," said the worker as they brought it onto the ramp over the water. The other worker tripped, and En'Fel felt a large thud, followed by a disoriented roll, and ending with a fall into the water below. He panicked, slamming himself against the crate, but it wouldn't budge, and water squirted in.

En'Fel slammed as hard as he could, kicking wildly, but the pressure was too great, especially as the crate began to fall deeper. Eventually he touched the top with both hands, shut his eyes, and performed a light frosting spell, where ice basically flowed from his grip and froze over the box. He kept concentrating until it began to freeze the water around the box. Slowly he felt it slow its decent and climb back to the surface, as a giant chunk of ice. He couldn't imagine what a bizarre scene it must have been. None the less, he felt now instead of sinking to the depths, he had his own problem of being trapped in his own frozen shell.

Isaarin Sithiln
New Vivec Plaza

After a light lunch he decided to get social. Well, he already enjoyed a nice meeting with a former council member, but how exactly was he to spend the rest of the day? Too much plotting fragiles the personality he thought, sitting next to the fountain, reading a good book. His Social Standing had plummetted but his popularity over the last week was slowly rising thanks to the same rhetoric he always pushed. He didn't need a Social Life, not in a City as Sterile as New Vivec. Now Balmora, that had culture, there was a way of Blamora that was so much more human. But what could he expect from whatever the Hell half-species Megil Telzeke came from?

Megil Tel'Zeke-his mind

He was surrounded by darkness, his own mind an enigma to him. Megil just lay there, floating in nothingness, he just lay there thinking, emotions raging through him, anger, hatred. Why had people turned against him, he had done everything in his power to appease everyone and not anger them, and here he was on the verge of chaos. The darkness flickered and no Megils stood on the edge of a cliff. The briny scent of the sea caught his nose, the sea breeze tossing his white hair, it began to lengthen so that it now fell down the side of his face (i.e. like kadaj in avatar), before him lied the city of New Vivec. It seemed normal, except as he looked on things began to change. the smell of smoke and burning flesh saturated the air, the white and colours city in front of him was now engulfed in flames, and out of the fountains blood gurgled out. the ponds filled with exotic fish where now stagnant the swollen and white bodies of the fish at the surface, nothing but the ash and coal remained of what were once parks. Building began to collapse. Megil watched on solemnly, he could no see those who did these atrocities, only that they occurred.

Next buildings began crumbling in on themselves, clouds of dust billowing up into the stagnant air, the sky red from and smoky from the fires. and then a sudden quiet filled the city, but it lasted for only a second before a blinding blast burst from below, consuming nearly all the city. the energy obliterating everything in it's path, it seemed to set of another one, and a third, the chain continued the blast so blindingly white you could not see into it, as if the sun itself had burst from Vivec. the concussions on the air sent shock waves outwards, pulling trees out of the ground like twigs in the mud, and the sea suddenly dissipated, propelled away from Vivec in concentric circles, no doubt sending huge waves racing across the coast and sea, striking cities both on Vvardenfell and mainland Morrowind.

And then that to passed, nothing but ravaged ground stood before megil, even the shore seemed defiled plagued by death. A great sadness was in the air, no sentient being was in the area, except for an old woman kneeling by the shore that once used to be the grand gateway to vivec, she stayed there weeping. Megil approached her, and asked what was the matter. But no answer ever came, instead the world around him turned back to darkness the vision shimmered out of existence like a mirage in the heat.

A voice spoke in the darkness,

“You have attained a prophecy Megil, and with it you have learned of things that shall come to pass if you remain in this condition. Once again your appearance has changed due to an encounter with Magic, you trully are gifted Megil, a powerful and good ruler you will grow to be, with the ability of prophecy so shall you be given more power, when you wake you will be more powerful than before. As yous aw you're City should it fall, will destroy nearly all of Vvardenfell, as such we have decided to help and grant you more pwoer so that you may subdue your enemies when the time comes. Now Awaken Megil Tel'Zeke.”

the voice sounded feminine but at the same time did not sound familiar, it was not Azura, nor anyone Megil new. But he had little time to ponder it as he suddenly jerked awake. His hair was as in the vision,
How Odd, who was that lady
Megil looked frantically around him to get his bearing, He saw Athyn,

“Who are you?”, as he reached for his blade.

Legionnaire Hideout - Near Balmora

Val was restless. He had been cramped up in this dank pit for far too long. It was boring. At least now, he had something to pass the time. It was manifested in a dirty old lute he had found forgotten in the depths of the cave. While a bit dirty, it still seemed to be in good condition. It likely belonged to one of the legionnaires that had vanished into time, probably caught by the Balmora guards.

He collapsed against a wall next to a mushroom patch the soldiers were growing for food. The eerie blue light they gave kept the area well let without the need for torches.

There was a song. A song he had heard once long ago, the night of the fire. A sad... haunting tune that lingered in the air. It is said all Argonians hear it on the brink of death. Val heard it that night, but he wasn't dead. Then there were the lights... the ghost lights...

He plucked the strings, the song still cycling in his mind. The air began to fill with a scent. The scne tof leaves, and bark, the smell of trees. His playing slowed, something was lighting the cave other than the mushrooms... something moving. It was the ghost lights. Their pleasant blue glow left a misty trail in the air around him as the wandered through the cavern. Val finally stopped playing. The lights were showing him something. A curtain of the mist had formed before him, and an image was surfacing.

Fire, and lots of it. Three men stood before the burning house, silhouetted by the flames. Despite their dark appearance, there was one symbol Val could see plainly stitched onto the back of the middle man's robe. A blossoming vine, the symbol of House Telvanni.

Those bastards...

He now knew his purpose, the reason he had survived for so long. The lights swirled around him, engulfing him in the palpable blue mist. The muffled voices of the soldiers going about their business in the forward regions of the cave died away. Val was now outside, high above the ground, the cloud of lights and mist swirling about his legs, carrying him.

A new coat was about his shoulders. A white coat with blue trim and matching trousers. The wide sleeves billowed behind him in the wind. At his side, he could feel a new sword. A sword of pure, rough hewn silver... elegant yet deadly.

The Telvanni.... I have some hunting to do.

(OOC: Oh carp!)

Cedris's eyes opened wide in shock as the spear passed through him. His mouth gaped as he looked down to see one end potruding through his armor.

Stumbling forward, his face returned to normal despite the ferocious pain biting at him.

He knew his wound had to be fatal. . .
