You know, I have no idea of where to go with Cerpin, and Sel isn't as good in this one as he was inthe last; he's too non-political to fit in in this RP. There is less character development and more plot in this one.

Same problem with Akar; where to go?

Well, Cerpin can always try to steal someone's body, but it would have to be someone who's body he wouldn't want to pass up the chance to take. Someone powerful.

Sel, well, I dunno.

Akar, be with his mother and (step)father, help the ashlanders. Etc.

With mercenary char's its hard to get motivation.

Speaking of motivation...*kicks Shogun* Get the assassination attempt on Megil moving or something.

You can go through plenty of character development with Sel right now. We're still in the calm before the storm, with the Ashlander's struggle being a hotbed for character development and us waiting patiently for a few pieces of plot to move forward before we can continue (IE Amili taking control of Telvanni and starting her horrible grudge against En'Fel, Assassination attempt again Megil, All three houses building up their armies defensively, Malik, Judd and Cerpin must become the three horrible figures on everyone's minds, tensions rising between the houses).

Short on things to do just raise a little tension between the houses. You don't necessarily have to be a part of a house to do it but remember before the actual fighting breaks out we want the tension to be able to be cut with a knife. If you're a mercenary without anything to do, get on the road and start bounty hunting either Judd or Malik. If you're a loyal hero to a faction get in an argument with someone from another faction that ends in bloodshed. If you're too nonviolent to do that, let someone get in an argument with you.

okay, so as far as I can figure out, the houses are building up, and so is the tension between them. A war is inevitable.

But there seem to be multiple sub-plots of which I have no clue. Any important ones I should know about?

Sub-plots are coming and going, but it's more than just tension. Redoran has promised 200 troops for the Ashlander's struggle against Telvanni but wants to do it secretly as to not evoke open war. There is this orc occultist who's trying to invade vvardenfel even though he's sort of weak and little more than a nuisance. Isaarin Sithiln, head of Hlaalu, has his suboordinates rebuilding all of Hlaalu territory and build and army.

sry i haven't made a post in either rp in a while. lack of motivation i suppose. going through a bit of a rough time.

EDIT: but how will endris learn anything? does megil happen to have weak link in the chain of command? someone who would be willing to sell info?

anyway, megil, endris is skilled so he is going to make it farther in the HOJ than he is allowed to go. but i'll wait for you before he finds out any info.

so is there a meeting in vivec at the HOJ where isaarin (sp) plans to reveal the secret of the morag tong? if so i would like to place endris there so that these claims can be denied and argued about.

and i sense an interting fire and ice battle between amili and en'fel in the future.

hmm yes strange coincidence endris and isaarin arriving int he HOJ at teh same time. I guess to defend his Tong endris will have to come out of his hiding.

Als I'm allowing him to go as far as to follow isaarin into the meeting.
