QUOTE(DoomedOne @ Nov 15 2005, 07:23 PM) En'fel Tel Naga, Sadrith MoraEn'Fel could barely react to the knife in time, and it grazed the side of his arm. Instantly he could tell it was poison, so he grabbed the side of his arm and cast a tiny frosting spell, killing most of the skin cells and blood cells near his skin. He had done it before, when he didn't have an antedote on hand En'fel often just froze the affected area, though the sharp shooting pain that seared down that arm as a result was not a pretty one. En'fel assumed he could break the bed with a single frostball, but did not realize quite how drained he was until he saw nothing more than a tiny snowball released from his hand with splattered against the side of the bed. He groaned and unsheathed his (or rather Endris') katana and charged. Amili, Tel NagaAmili heard the footsteps coming closer, so she stood up to see the ashlander charging, blad in hand. She held up her ic-covered arm; hopefully it would work as a shield. If not, the ice would be broken, and possibly allow some spellcasting.

Megil-Manor
After Raxle had left, Megil had returned to his library to read,. that had been seveal hours ago, now he had left the manor to stretch his legs, and get some fresh air. He walked into the city and roamed the white streets, when he came upon a large crowd gathering in a plaza,
"Excuse me but what's going on?" he asked a passerby, who simply stated,
"Why it's Lord Jonacin, or are you blind you daft.... my apologies mi lord," the man stammered as he saw who had asked the question.
"Hmm I wonder what brings Jonacin here," he muttered and then walked into the crowd, which quickly stepped out of his way. He came upon a group of Ordinator who had made a circle around Jonacin and faily and where trying to disperse everyone telling them there was nothing to see, and to return to their dialy business. Megil walked through the Ordinators and adressed Jonacin,
"Welcome my friends, forgive me for the mob, had you sent news of your arrival I would have ensured that you would not be welcomed by such a spectacle. So tell me how may I be of service?"

Myself and my family are here becase someone burned down our home in Ald Ruhn and we thought you might be able to put us up for a while" Jonacin said with a grin. "But of course if you don't have room i'm sure we can find somewhere else". Although i think if we do stay, we uh, might need some guards or something to keep back the crowds" he said, gesturing at the massive crowd around them, undettered by the ordinators

QUOTE(DoomedOne @ Nov 15 2005, 11:06 PM) En'fel Tel NagaEn'fel struck his blade down against the arm hoping to slice through. He jumped back a couple feet in repulsion, sending ripples throughout the block of ice. He wasn't done though, he immediatly charged back to the table, leapt up and stuck his foot on top, using it as leverage to push himself up, landing behind Amili. He quickly turned and swung the blade around. Amili, Tel NagaWaves of pain shot through her arm, overcoming the numbing effect of the ice. It took her a second to recover her wits, and in that second En'fel had gotten behind her. She didn't react quickly enough to defend, so she took the offensive. She used her hard, frozen fist and swung it at the ashlarnder. She doubted that the ice would have held up to another sword blow anyway, so she figured that a punch was the next best thing. Akar, Outside New VivecAkar walked out the gates; he had seen no sign of Serene since the battle, so there was no reason to stay. With a sigh, he walked towards Balmora. He had somehow accumulated more Hlaalens than ruhns or telvannics, so he figured that he might as well go to a hlaalu town rather than trying to exchange it all in Vivec. Within the day, he arrived in Balmora where he got a room at the Eight Plates. Sel, New VivecSel got out of his free bed and strapped on his sword and put on his amulet without a thought of its powers. He frowned at his bloodstained clothes, and the frown got bigger whenn he looked into his empty coin pouch. With a shrug, he decided to go for a walk. He had been through worse than this, and he could always find a friend somewhere. Megil was here somewhere... He found himself in the Commons an hour later, staring up at the statues of his friends, as well as the empty one for himself. This post has been edited by Dantrag: Nov 17 2005, 10:41 PM

QUOTE(DoomedOne @ Nov 15 2005, 06:05 PM) Sul Matuul ZergonipalSul Matuul was surprised to be spotted so easily, but his curiosity had let him rather far out of a safe-distance. It was his own stupidity that led the man to charge at him. He carried no sord, only a knife and a bow and arrows. It would be foolish to fight back though he could possible perform a spell or two. "I mean you know harm," yell Sul Matuul, stepping completely out of hiding. "Please, lower your weapon so we may talk." Miles, Outside ZergonipalMiles clumsily skidded to a stop right in front of the man, and tripped over. He picked himself up, and stood right in front of the stranger, his sword still drawn (but lowered) and he used his other hand to wipe dirt from his face.

En'Fel Tel Naga
Again shockwaves were sent through both the iced arm and the blade, causing En'Fel to rear back against the wall, barely holding onto his sword. To his dismay he saw he caused too much rippling against the iced arm which broke into chunks on the floor. He figured her entire arm would be completely numb by now (if not dead from being frozen, but he doubted he managed to do much more than chrystalize the air surrounding the arm, not penetrate the arm itself), meaning for the moment, hopefully, she still wouldn't be able to perform magic. He'd have to act quickly.
In close range, with himself off balance, En'fel, in the spirit of the moment, dropped his sword and rammed himself forward in an attempt to tackling Amili against the back of the bed.
Sul-Matuul Zergonipal
"Oh dear, I'm sorry," said Sul-Matuul. "But please tell me, who are you? where are you traveling from? Where are you headed?"

Amili, Tel NagaAmili flexed her hand, trying to get feeling back into it, but she didn't have much time to flex it, much less cast a spell with it, as En'fel was charging her. She braced herself, but was pushed back into the bed, and the wind was knocked out of her. She thanked whatever god might be listening that the bed was soft. She tried to get her feet against En'fel so that she could use her legs to get him off, but she was having no such luck.

Megil-Plaza, New Vivec
"Oh my that is terrible news, But of course there is rom for you in this city It expands daily to adequetely house it's growing population. Youwill no doubt have guards, so do not worry about that, the crowds will calm down after thy have seen you here for several days. It is afterall a pleasant surprise to see you all here," Megil motioned them to follow him and began walking down to the dockside, were the largest, most lavish, and newest manors were to be found. The ordinators went into formation around them, and htey were soon out of the plaza, with a small trail of people following while others lost interest and returned to their daily lives.
The dockside was on the otherside of the city from their current location and so it was a rather lengthy treck, they were crossing the large central pavilion when they spotted Sel. "So Sell are you enjoying your stay?"
