Akar watched the scene before him with a sense of dread; would Serene really try to revive Dimitre's dead loved ones? He shuddered when he thought of what could go wrong in such an attempt.

In an attempt to change the mood, and suddenl remembering someone, he sat up and edged towards his mother.

"So, Mom; when do I get to see my litttle sister I hear so much tale about?"

OOC: he still hasn't seen Leni...

Sel, New Vivec

Sel knocked on the door to Falx's room. "Falx, you in there?" he asked. "Can I come in?"

Serene, NV

Serene nodded at Akar: "OK, I´ll get her"

When she came back she was accompanied by a small tiny girl with light brownish skin and a huge helmet on her dark hair

"Leni....look, there´s Saryn, your brother" Serene pointed at Akar, " And there´s his friend Dahleena"

Leni took off the helmet and looked at Akar, with big curious eyes

"My brother??, do I have a brother? where does he come from?" Leni went over to Akar and touched his trousers

"eeeewwww.....you´re dirty!...mom..he needs a bath......"


"I can brush your back!" Leni giggled

Akar, New Vivec

"Hey there, Leni." he said with a laugh. He did need a bath after all that travelling.

"So how old are you?" he asked, kneeling so that he was closer to the girl's height.

Leni, NV

"four.....teehee, you have some funny ears.....how old are you?" Leni was fascinated that she had such a big brother.....then she looked at him very sternly right into his eyes asking:

"Can you play? brothers should play with their sisters......Kyara said so...We can play in the bathtub!!!! that´s fun!"
Leni jumped up and down with excitement


Serene,NV

"I´ll see to that you get a bath, wait a sec" she went away and left them to each other for a while...on purpose!

Akar, New Vivec

"I'm twenty-two." Akar replied. He didn't know how to represent the number with only ten fingers, so he just held up two fingers in each hand. Hopefully she wouldn't mistake it for the same age as her.

He gave Leni a quizzical look. "Are you sure brothers are supposed to play with their sisters?"

Dalrus, New Vivec



"Yes we should go, and, im sorry to take you away from your old friends, i hope you're not mad." she said batting her eye lashes. "However if you are, i can go to Isaarin alone and tell them that you have personal matters to attend to.

Darum blinked slowly and looked up at kashaud. "I suppose you want me to apologize then?" he said horribly. "Though you'll take Sedrene's side won't you? I know the type, you're too afraid to hear the truth. You don't care about the truth do you? Nope you're just a deceitful old man, who is afraid of conflict. Aren't you Kashaud

"I came here to hear your side of the story." he said matter-of-factly. "But if you can't give it to me without a load of accusations, I'm sure that I will be on Sedrane's side."

"I don't fear conflict if it is a conflict that I believe in. I don't believe in separating these tribes again, and I'm sure you don't either. So please, let me handle this issue so that we can go back to trusting each other."

Leni, NV

Leni looked at Akar....she saw four fingers but he said twenty-two.....now that was a lot....she knew twenty was a lot.....twenty kwama-eggs was a huge basket....hmmm she had an old brother....that was weird.....but still brothers should play with their sisters..Kyara said so, and Kyara had a brother....hmm she missed Kyara..but that redhaired one who came with her brother..hmm she looked fun

"I know...!" she yelled...."we could play in the bath all of us.....you too!" she pointed at Dahleena

"MOMMYY! where are you? we´ll play in the bath!!.........you will play with me, please?" Leni bent her head and gave Akar that look she usually used on her father when she wanted something..and that never failed



Sedrane, zergonipal

He slowly awoke from unconsciousness....it still hurt but not as badly as before, he noticed Kyara at his side looking very sad

"What´s wrong honey, " he whispered

"I made a prayer to Azura when I healed you..I think Kaushad will punish me, i forgot that isn´t appropriate among you folks. At least that´s what I think"

Sedrane sighed......he couldn´t concentrate enough to really grasp what she was on about......he looked around

"Where´s Kaushad?" he asked....but Kyara didn´t answer...

"Why don't we just go outside and play in the ocean? It's a little bigger than a tub." he suggested, mussing the small girl's hair.

"Well then let me tell you. I was only telling Yurna kindly that i didn't like it when she went to her friends yurt. I had told her before, however i accepted it and went to bed. I woke up and she was gone, i ran around worried, thinking someone stole her, when i saw Sedrene. I thought since he was a leader he would help, however he was with yurna, and kissing her. I charged at him, and yurna threatened me with a knife, i took it from her, and attack sedrene who was preparing a bow." he said normally. "And thats when i got him on the ground and said to him calmly that i didnt think what he was doing was smart. He strangled me and thats when you came"

"Please tell the truth, Darum." Kaushad said as nicely as possible, but there were still angry undertones evident. "I came before he tried strangling you, Yurna wasn't there, and I saw no bow. There is no possible way that I can defend you with this story."

"Well i don't remember if their was a bow, however yurna left right after the fight began and i took her dagger. So there is no way you could have seen her. I bet she's running away right now, i bet she went to New vivec to become a prostitute. She's never been smart and would do this just to shame the ashlanders"

"It´s coooold!" Leni yelled......but then she stopped....if big brother wants to play with her in the ocean...then be it

"Come on then " she said and started running down the path leading from the manor...out into the street

Dahleena,nv

"Akar for stendarr´s sake....let´s go after her, she´s just four" Dahleena followed the girl.....but the lil one was very fast and Dahleena almost had problems


Kyara,NV

She went to look for Kaushad.....if there was to be a punishment let´s get it over with as soon as possible, besides Sedrane wanted to speak with him..


Serene, NV

While she was preparing a bath Serene was thinking of those soulgems that man gave her.....she had to consult someone....about this,The best would be Baladas Demnevanni......or Master Aryon or Divayt Fyr..but those are Telvanni...and Telvanni was bad news......Serene sighed and headed back to the others

Miles, New Vivec

Miles sat watching the sky. He had chosen a tree outside New Vivec, and was resting there, examining his blade as he did so.

He wasn't exactly what you'd call sociable, but he was always ready to greet someone, but for some reason he could never really get to know anyone, the friendliness was not deep.

Is it just me?

Miles frowned, hopefully it wasn't a family trait.

The way I think,act, portray myself, perhaps it is . . .

It could be . . because my mother and father, both are rather withdrawn. Neither attended celebrations or anything that involved too much socializing.


Miles smiled as he thought of his family. Niran was dead, that was all Miles knew of him, but he still had his parents, and maybe he had another sibling . .who could know? Niran had been gone since before Miles was born, were there others like him.

Miles knew his parents had once been slaves, that they were forced to give Niran away, that they would never have done so if the circumstances weren't so dire.

Miles had an avid hate for slavery, and he had attempted to keep his anger from showing, but he disliked Dunmer very much. The ones he had met personally though, had not acted arrogantly, and he decided that he must not be the kind of person he hates. It wasn't a racial attribute, he had argued with himself, but a personality defect.

It was several years back, when Miles was twelve, when he had a discussion with an enslaved person. It was an Argonian, if he remembered correctly.

Miles also remembered how he attempted to set the argonian free, only to be met with an arrow, from the Plantation keeper of course. The arrow had lodged itself in Miles arm, and it took such a long time to remove, in the meantime almost causing Miles to bleed to death. It had left a strange scar, and to this day Miles resounding hate for slavery has kept. He even went so far as to make a resolution to put an end to it if he got the chance. H

Miles shifted position under the tree, pulling back the sleeve of his shirt and staring at the strange scar.

"Hell, I didn't know she would do that." he protested before running after his sister and Dahleena.

He quickly passed Dahleena and scooped up Leni.

"Don't leave the house without me or one of your parents, alright?"

"OH no, i'm not mad." Otik said as they head out tward Isaarin's. "I can come back later and hope he doesn't get pissed for me visiting a redoran councler's house."

The hall was empty when she came back, Otik and Dalrus had left....and no sign of Akar or Dahleena....now that was odd! Then she heard the commotion outside and Akar sounding a bit annoyed..or was it frightened?

She still wasn´t sure what to do with the stones..and the poor Dimitre was still sad, but hopefully he´d feel better later.


OOC: Serene isn´t a redoran councillor!

"You don't have a very high opinion of your wife, do you?" he pressed. "And if your wife is in New Vivec, why don't you go get her instead of fighting Sedrane? Why were you fighting Sedrane to get your wife back if he doesn't have her anymore?"

He realized that his current actions wouldn't help him keep the alliance, but he was mad at the ashkhans blatant lying. Still, the alliance had to stay alive if they were to survive. He began weighing survival versus his son's pride, and he realized that survival was much more important.

"Alright, Darum. I believe you; you were jealous of Sedrane, that's all." he said, swallowing the bile that rose in his throat from saying the words. Now he had to convince Sedrane to apologize for something he didn't do...

"So do you want to go, or not?" he asked, after making sure that Leni understood not to leave the house.

Dalrus, New Vivec



"Alright, well i'll back you up, besides i don't think she's a councilor, i thought she was just a part of the house, or just involved with it? Anyway, i'm a little worried to see Isaarin, i met him once, but i was appointed by the other councilors. If i remember correctly there are only three councilors that are active in the house right now. What became of the others? Who knows though once the war starts they will take place in the voting. I am a little worried, we will have to submit our army to him. Personally i'd rather control my army with just you. And if i weren't a supporter of Hlaalu then i'd want my army to protect just Caldera." she said concerned.

"I mean i am a warrior, and an excellent mage, i can lead this army can't I? However i am jumping to conclusions,"

"Good i am glad you have seen the truth Kashaud, that's what makes you one of the two best Ashkans. I will see you later at the meeting, now if you excuse me i need to see the wise woman of my tribe, i have an aweful break on my nose." He said realising that his lie wasn't successful. However this was good for he got away without quitting the war, which he was an avid supporter of.

Stauros->NV

Stauros thought about what she was saying and nodded his head. "Yeah, well I think we'll take everything together in time. I didn't know what Serene was but I knew she was with Redoran somehow. Nor did I know that only 3 councilors we in the game now, I thought there were more. Well, Which way to Isaarin? Last time I saw him he came over to My manor here. That reminds me, you need to see it. We could stay there while we're here."
