Not sure about PC version, but... on my Xbox version I found a great glitch (or maybe a hidden cheat) if you wanna add a little bit of chaos to your Game.
Make any spell, anyway you want it except set Duration to 2
Then, in the same spell, have the effect "Soultrap, on Target, Duration 2"
then, when cast, as long as the Soultrap hits a wall, ceiling, target, etc. (not sky or horizon) the spell effect will not fade, even though the Spell Effects icon will vanish

Fortify Strength 100 points 2 seconds, as many times as you want, just keeps rising

Demoralise Humanoid 100 points 2 seconds, cast on all Ordinators... They run in terror when you enter Vivec...

The best use for this, I found, was summoning Golden Saints! They stay forever and serve you. And, when they die, corpse stays as if it was never Summoned, so it's a great way of aquiring loot.
Drawback is it casues lag and can sometimes make you power-hungry when you return to a non-"cheat" character. Still definately worth trying.

Well this happened to me recently. I wasnt full rank in the Imperial Legion yet, and The Head Knight (Varus?) asked me for the Lords Mail after i brought the topic up, and found the armor thanks to the Argonian Mage in the Six Fishes Tavern.

He then asked me too find the Chrysamere, thought it didnt highlight the topic. Somehow between the main quest, and my natural ability too find artifacts, especially when looking for thier locations online (hehehehe), I finished talking to the Duke, and figured I'd talk to the Head Knight again, this time "Chrysamere" was highlighted as a topic. Clicking that, Chrysamere was removed from my inventory.

After checking my Inventory again, Chrysamere was still there, I immedeatley dropped it, rested, and saved the game. I picked it up again, talked to the Head Knight, clicked Chrysamere again.,and he thanked me for returning it.

Heres another wierd aspect, I have a permanent 60 pound weight reduction in my Inventory, by that I mean, I f I drop everything in it, but keep Chrysamere, Im carrying zero weight. A glitch surely, but one to my advantage that Im keeping....I dont know if the game will crash if I fight the Head Knight, and pick up the second Chysamere, but we'll find out.....Im also wondering how the Lady at the Mournhold museum of artifacts will react when I sell Chrysamere 1 and than she sees Chrysamere 2!!!

Heres a second glitch that anyone can use for mucho dinero: though its kinda long and complicated, and probably only usueful on Xbox.

You will need: As many DIVINE Intervention Scrolls as you can possibly carry think of it like this: One Divine Intervention Scroll will yeild you 4000 Gold. There is NO limit to the amount of money you will be able to get, only the amount of weight you will have too carry in order to get the money. i used 100 DI Scrolls, and got 400,000 gold.

Next: If you are Imperial Cult, and have the First Oracle Quest, Go to Nammu like normal. Or if your are not Imperial Cult, dont worry, you can still go too Nammu, and get some loot. While in Nammu and You see Jon Hawker, the Redguard walking around with no shirt, and the glowing gloves, DO NOT kill him. Talk too him, and when he brings up "Divine Intervention" Keep clicking on the topic, youll notice that he keeps giving you Zenithars Gloves, and yes, each time you click the topic, you lose One Scroll, but gain a pair of gloves, each valued at 2000 Gold. thusly, one scroll equals 4000 gold. Now, DO NOT close the screen, the second you do, thats it. No more gloves. So save right before you talk to him. he will keep giving you gloves as long as you have the scrolls.

Now I know what your thinking, "Black Hand, what merchant has 2000 gold and will buy these wonderful gifts of a God from me at full price?" Im glad you asked. Your last and final destination with probably 200+ pounds of crazy enchanted magic gloves is Ghorak manor in Caldera with your best friend in morrowind (next too the Mudcrab that is) Creeper!

This zany scamp is more than willing too buy these Crazy gloves off of you, the only problem? He only has 5000 gold, so youll have to sell 2 gloves at a time, if you want full price, and you'll have to rest for 24 hours until he has that amount again.

Keep in mind that this is a one time thing, the second you close the window on Jon, hes gone forever.

Again, long, and complicated. But if your in dire need of cash, your friends at the Imperial Cult are more than willing to send you to the folks with glitches that you can exploit to your advantage. (Note, this works with Ama Nin in the BNoots of the Apostle Quest, but the clothes are three pounds each, and theyre only worth 400 gold.)

The last and final glitch that I encountered, was again with the imperial Cult. With our freind Kaye. You know how the Imperial Cult are different in that they give you quests AS SOOn as you talk too them? (No time for chit-chat! Get too It Adept!! Out the door with ya!!) Well with Kaye, I decided to pass on all his quests, except for the Staff of Silver Shaming, which i found at mount Kand. After giving this too him, every time I talked too him, he gave me the quest for the Asse-Ahhe Egg Mine in Khuul, and the 300 gold that goes along with the quest. That means 300 times however many times you talk too him.

Well thats al the glitxhes i have for now....update if anything interesting comes up.

Yeah, one weird but awesome glitch is when you go to kill that crazy dunmer woman in Tribunal (the one with the daedric bow who kills everyone in her house). Anyway, after you kill her, you can take her poison grip arrows (ebony arrows enchanted to paralyze 20 seconds and poison 1 dmg for 100 seconds I think) and then when you click on her body again, there will be another 50 arrows. You can keep doing this until you cannot carry anymore of the arrows (which are awesome).

well having over easily over 3000 hours on morrowind I have experienced all the above glitches except those that are computer specific as I use an xbox, expansion specific, because I don't have any, and that loading screen glitch, and the ministry of truth falling from the sky glitch, but I have a new one to add to the list

I have 100 acrobatics, 100 strength, both without any cheats, training or anything else, I just jump constantly...damn twitchy trigger finger..lol...
neway I decided I wanted to see how far I could jump without levitaion obviously and if I could get from vivec to Dagoth Ur in a single bound. So I start making as many fortify strength potions as I can after taking as many Fortify intelligence potions as I could, which was insane, and so I have all these sweet strength fortifying potions and I had a few quality fortify jump potions I bought as well as scrolls of icarian flight, which I cast all of at once.
The result?
I got really really far...like over an area east of caldera...and got stuck in the sky..above the clouds I couldn't see even clouds beneath me and I had quit moving (could tell on minimap) but I didn't fall either, I was not levitating, and if I looked up I could see all the stars in the whole sky, but they didn't talk to me or gimme quests so it got boring and I restarted, I think this should be fairly easy to replicate as I have done it more than once, just to see if I could. When I walked around I would eventually fall but then die unless I cast slowfalling or levitate, so I just restarted from previous save, try it out sometime, it's sweet.
