Sel, New Vivec

"Three thousand four hundred." Sel negotiated. He suspected that he wasn't being taken seriously because of the little girl on his shoulders dropping bread crumbs on his head, and that made the price go closer to what the captain wanted him to pay.

"Three thousand five hundred." the captain retorted.

"Alright, but I want a cabin with that."

"Deal." the captain said, and he and Sel shook hands.

Akar, New Vivec

Akar's senses were still dulled by the first potion, and was too dazed to suspect any sort of treachery. With a groan he took the vial and downed it in one gulp.

Aryon, New Vivec



"Yes you are right our houses are not on very good terms, however that cannot stop our friendship. Besides Telvanni has not done anything to Redoran to cause a war. Or at lease i hope not. " he said clearing his throat. "However we have our orders, and we do them. Oh speaking of orders" he said as the waitress put down their food


Fifteen minutes later


"Well i for one think that was delicious don't you?"

Kaushad, Zergonipal

"Sedrane, this isn't about you or me. This is about our tribes." he said sympathetically, putting a hand on his osn's shoulder. "I won't force you to apologize to Darum, but I will say that you need to keep your people first in your mind."

Sel, New Vivec Docks

Sel, Leni, and Miles followed the captain to the cabin where they would be staying, and when the captain left them to themselves, Sel put Leni down on the floor with her stuffed bear, and threw their other supplies on the single bed in the room.

"So, Miles." he said, sitting down in one of two wooden chairs around a small table. "When was the last time you saw your brother?" Sel hated to bring Niran up, but the issue needed to be taken care of before they tried running a blockade together.

Akar, New Vivec

"What's....happening?" he tried to get out, but only a slight mumble could be heard. He could feel the control he had over his mind slipping....

Sedrane, Zergonipal

Sedrane looked up in Kaushad´s face, he was all calm now. _The older man was right, as always....He would be wise listening to his words.

"I will go and apologize, I will prove to you that I am mature and a worthy ashkan of the Ahemmusa"

He bowed his head in courtesy of the older man and went away.

I must repress my personl pride and do this....I have to look at it as an ordeal that I have to go through.....then I will perform the proper rituals with my warriors, I have to arrange the sacrifices to our ancestors.....have to go see my mother as well....she must do all the preparations.....Oh I wish Serene was here, it would have been much easier!

Sedrane Mirpal went to see Darum......His intentions were to apologize, he just hoped the man would be able to communicate and not too drunk..or worse, unconscious!"


Therana, NV

Therana watched with pleasure how the drug affected Akar....in just a few moments he would be ready to pick up....then she noticed the girl, Dahleena, she was sensing something and was now rising to her feet looking very threatening....

Therana took immediate action, she cast a paralyzation-spell at Dahleena, which completely froe the young girl in an awkward pose!

"Come now Akar" Therana spoke with a hypnotical voice to the young half-dunmer.
"We have to leave now, there is someone who wants to meet you dear, a ravishing lady needs you Akar.....so come with me"

Therana led Akar by the hand out of Serene´s manor and away to the strider-port....They were on their way to Sadrith Mora.......to meet with Amili

Therana was very satisfied with herself......she chuckled as they landed, Akar was a puppet-on-a-string now, completely in her custody!


Serene, New Vivec Inn

Suddenly Serene got an immense feeling of something bad happening. She gasped for breath, looking at Aryon with terror in her eyes

"What is happening? I sense that someone is in danger! Leni is with Sel, he wouldn´t let anything happen to her, Jonacin is busy, he can take care of himself.....but then....AHHHHH..it´s AKAR! I must get back..IMMEDIATELY"

Serene did not take any notice of Aryon anymore she just jumped to her feet and ran back to her mansion...just to find the front door open and Dahleena paralyzed in the hallway with a look of utmost terror in her face!


And.......no Akar!!!!!!

Serene´s scream made three ordinators come running......

OOC: since Sadrith Mora is on an island, I'm going to make that a dock instead of a strider port.

Akar, Ship

Akar didn't know who he was, but he knew that there was someone out there for him to please...

He grabbed the woman he was travelling with. "Are we going to her? Please tell me we are..." he said pitifully.

Kaushad, Zergonipal

Kaushad watched his son go with regret; words couldn't express how bad he felt making his son do such a thing, but he was doing this as an ashkhan, not a father.

OOC: Oh yes..my bad, good job Danny, they´re naturally on a ship!

Therana, ship heading for SM

She chuckled, the potion did it´s job very well.......the poor boy was totally confused, he had forgotten about that red-haired girl back at Serene´s place, he was focused on ..someone else....He did not even know who he was.....that was really amusing.

Now the wretched witch back in New Vivec would have her sorrow! Oh it pleased her a lot to be able to really hurt Serene.....serves her right!

"Yes my boy" Therana´s voice was soft and warm, "We are going to meet a very special person, who is eagerly waiting for you"

Therana offered Akar another small vial.......just in case, it was cruisal to keep him focused and not allow a single thought of......his other life.

Therana leaned back and truthfully enjoyed the trip.....


Sedrane, Zergonipal

Sedrane hesitated, he wanted to see his mother first, but it was better to get the business with Darum done as soon as possible. He went to the Erabenimsun-Ashkan´s yurt and entered.

"Darum! I´ve come to ask for your forgiveness, for attacking you!....I swear I did not touch your wife, but nevertheless I shouldn´t have lost my temper.....So will you forgive me and take part in the preparations for war together with us all?"


Serene, NV


The manor hall was a complete chaos, Ordinators running around, securing evidence as they said, Serene released Dahleena from her paralysis and the story the girl told her made her more angry than she evar was before. Not even at the worst moments of the ordeal with Arcyakt, she was this angry, combined with a sadness that almost made her faint.

none of her children were present, at least Leni should be ok, ut her son, her precious Saryn.....was kidnapped of one of her oldest and most powerful enemies, Mistress Therana, the famous Telvanni councillor.


This meant total war!.....

Now she had to go and see Raavin, so he could mobilize the entire Redoran army, then the Ashlanders.....Sul-Matuul and Kaushad must be notified immediately....

Maybe Sel could deliver some messages..he was out there somewhere....

"Sel! my friend! Do you read me?....it´s me Serene and I need your help, please Sel if you read this, give me a sign...."


OOC: I hope Florodine is around so he can post as Darum!

Sel, Ship

As soon as Sel asked Miles the question, he heard something trying to get into his head. Without really thinking, he pushed it away, more intent on Miles' answer than anything else.

Akar, Ship

Akar took the potion from Therana suspiciously. If she was trying to stop him from pleasing....her....then this woman had another thing coming.

"What is this for?" he demanded, holding the vial up to where she could see.

OOC: Hehe no problems....you know desperate women!

Serene, NV

Ok....no luck with contacting Sel....then what? Raavin....yes but where was he to be found?
She just had to gather the Redoran forces.....somehow!


Therana, ship

"Oh that..." she chuckled, "That is a potion that makes you even more irresistible to the very important lady you are to meet in a while....so you just down it and you´ll see"

They were close now, the towers of Sadrith Mora was clearly to be seen and soon..soon the mighty Amili would take care of this young man......hmmm he was pretty good looking......maybe......just imagine...there were some potions that twisted people´s sights very much.....so maybe if she, Therana, would give Akar a potion that made him atrtracted to her.....to think she was Amili.....that would be very amusing...

Then she came to think of Dratha....poor Dratha, she wouldn´t accept it....no men allowed it was...But Therana was interested in both .....she liked both women....and men

Therana´s head was full of different thoughts.....so many opportunities

Miles, caught off guard by Sel's question, was snapped back to reality from his daydream.

"I haven't ever met him," Miles said wryly, "And I don't suppose that will change."

"The bloke," he continued petulantly, “had to go and get himself killed, then I ran after him looking for a dead brother, but I suppose idiocy runs in my family.”

Sel, Ship

Wow, someone that agrees with me. Sel thought, merely to amuse himself.

"I'm sure he didn't mean to die, Miles. In fact, I'm sure of it. He and Megil got in a fight over something. Dead Vivec knows I don't remember what they were even fighting about. I do remember Megil going somewhat overboard though. One second they were tumbling on the ground, the next Niran wasn't moving."

After about the second sentence, Sel forgot that he was even talking. His eyes glazed over and he was trying to remember details more than he was trying to tell a story. In truth, he would have kept most of that to himself if he was really aware of what he was doing.

Akar, Ship

"I want to make something clear." he said firmly, throwing the potion overboard. "I don't trust you."

Therana, ship

"But why sweetie? I want no harm to come to you...I´m going to take you to a wonderful woman......the woman in your dreams...."

Therana did not mention that she came to him as a friend of his mother,.....she feared that the mentioning of Serene would bring some remembrance to him and thus spoil the whole mission

Therana chanted silently.....a spell that made Akar a bit more dizzy....a bit more yearning for the unknown lady.....at least she hoped the spell would have that effect on him....

Raavin, New Vivec, Redoran Local Headquarters

Raavin sat in his office at the local HQ for Redoran forces in New Vivec. The Archmaster yawned, oblivious to Serene's plight as he reflected on how dull and uneventful today had been thus far. Maybe as messanger would bring some news or something. Raavin sighed and started back on the paperwork in front of him.

Note to self: Get a damn senechal to jump this damn work on. Jeeze. Expecting the head of a warrior-house to handle paperwork...

Darum, Zergonipal



Darum sat at his bed with a bucket next to it. He felt awful and had unfortunatly had to clean it already. He sat and cursed and threatend Yurna to himself. Sedrene may not have done it, however he would not apologize, Sedrene was a threat anyway, he probably wanted to usurp the erebenimsum anyway. He thought as he spat into the bucket


Aryon, New Vivec



Aryon felt awful, this was not who he was, however it had to be done. He walked outside and took a drink of brandy, not a normal behavior for the councilor. He walked the streets for a while, it was getting dark now and though New Vivec was normally warm, the later months could sometimes get nippy. Aryon breathed and he could see his breath, he was not a happy man. All that remained now was to get out to Gnisis.



Florodine, Molag Mar


The rebellion in the city had been suppressed and the people hailed Florodine as once again a liberator. He awaited Redorans call for help which from recent actions, he assumed would be quick. His men were already getting ready for an expedition to the closest Telvanni city, Tel Branora.


Dalrus, Caldera



Her army was ready, her tower rose high above caldera, she was indeed a powerful figure. She only awaited Hlaalu's movements. Redoran and Telvanni would be at war soon, but what of Hlaalu? would they sit around to do nothing? She wanted war, she needed to test her new army, all she needed was the go ahead from her leaders, and she would march into any place.

Miles, Ship

Miles stood silent for a moment, but then spoke up in a clear, steady voice.

"What are you saying? A duel? Murder? I need more details, unless of course you don't remember."

Serene, NV

Serene went to the Redoran Local HQ in N V. Most certainly it would be plausible that >Raavin would be there.

She asked an Ordinator to show her to Raavin´s office. She knocked on the door but did not wait for an answer, the time was precious and she thought herself to be important enough to be allowed to pay a visit to the Archmaster.

"Well good day to you Archmaster" she greeted him," I need to speak to you of a matter of great importance"

She then bowed her head in courtesy and hoped she would not be thrown out.


Dahleena, NV

After being released from the paralyzation-spell, she sank to the floor all devastated. Akar was apparently kidnapped and it was all her fault, by letting that old witch in, and also letting her give Akar that potion.

"Ahhhh, what shall I do? Where is he my beloved Akar?"

She was crying heavily...


Therana, SM

"Come now young man, we´re almost there" Therana led Akar by the hand into the Tower, when inside she ordered a young Khajiit to announce their presence to Amili....

Therana smiled.....this was really going well....

Sel, Ship

"I do remember now." he said, realizing too late that he'd gone too far to stop now. "Niran was having one of his....emotional breakdowns." he began, not able to think of anything else to cal Niran's outbursts and odd reactions.

"Megil said something rude to Celia, a healer travelling with us...wait, no I have it backwards. Celia said something rude to Megil, and Megil snapped back. Everybody was grumpy, tired, and I think we had all just fought about three thousand battles without sleeping. Niran told Megil not to snap at Celia, and told Celia not to snap at Megil. Somehow this stupidity ended up in a fight." he said, remembering that he had been pretty disturbed at Celia's grumpiness and had told her to go to sleep.

"Anyway, I think Megil accidentally pushed him off a cliff, and when we checked it out, he wasn't breathing." Sel suddenly regretted telling the story; he would have rather made up some sort of heroic story to tell Miles about his brother.

"I considered it murder at the time, and was pretty pissed. I think I even swore to avenge Niran. I'm not so sure now. It was so long ago, and Arcyakt was quick to take our minds off such things."

He looked over at Leni who was still happily grooming her teddy bear.

Akar, Sadrith Mora

"If I walk through these doors, and she isn't there, you had better expect a slow and painful death." he warned. "Should I walk through?"

Raavin, NV

Raavin looked up, glad at the respite from arduous paperwork. "Good day to you, Sera," he said. "Please, sit," Raavin gestured to a chair in front of his desk. "What news do you bring, Sera Serene? Good, bad?"

Therana, SM

"Why so grumpy my young friend? I told you the world´s most beautiful woman will be waiting for you here, and mind you.....Mistress Therana never lies!..Besides, you won´t be able to bear hand on me....that I can assure you!"

They entered Amili´s chambers, Therana pushed Akar forwards, towards the ravishing woman standing by the window...

"Mistress Amili, your highness, I hereby bring you the young man I was telling you about, Akar the son of Serene at your service ma´m"

Therana stepped back and watched ......with an evil smile in her face



"Ah Archmaster, how good of you to see me" Serene sat down, her mind was in chaos, she was trembling with anger and sorrow inside but showed no emotion.

"I´ve come to ask you to declare war against House Telvanni, now they have gone too far, besides constant attacks on the Ashlanders whenever a minor party of them goes for a hunt or something, they also have kidnapped my son, Saryn, in a most mischievous way! They sent Mistress Therana the lunatic, under cover to my house, in the company of Master Aryon to get me out of the house and then put some nasty spell on my son so he could be kidnapped. I´m sure they keep him in Sadrith Mora somewhere......."

She was silent for a few seconds then continued:

"I, Serene of Ald´Ruhn, have come to ask you to declare war!"

Then she bowed her head and waited for Raavin´s reply...

Darum, Zergonipal



Darum spat towards Sedrenes feet. "It is definitely over due, this apology of yours." he said shakily. "It is accepted, though I am just being a stand up kind of guy" he said cockily. "My forces are still in this, I will kill yurna, personally" he said happily



Yurna, Sadrith Mora



Yurna just arrived on a boat. The city was quieter than normal. Yurna stepped off the boat, and quickly ran to the gateway in where she would rent a room. She had no idea where she would go and what she should do...

(OOC: Time to throw a little Niran in here, mix a little Niran in there . . . . And in comment to Serene's request for declaration of war . . .So it begins. )

Miles, Ship

Miles stepped forward aggressively, eyeing Sel angrily as he yelled, completely ignoring the fact that a little girl was sitting not a few feet away from them.

"How the hell do you go about accidentally pushing someone off a cliff, huh? That bastarde is ruling a damned city right now, and you and your bunch of friends hadn't the nerve to confront him before he assumed power. You have a madman ruling vivec!"

If I get a hold of him, I'll kill him. Or maybe . . .

He calmed after a few moments, but was still visibly upset, pacing back and forth.

He needs to be displaced, even if he is a suitable ruler. I . . will do what I deem necessary. If I have to kill Megil I will, but I have other things in mind. There shall be payback for my brother.
