QUOTE(Intestinal Chaos @ Feb 25 2006, 04:06 PM) Wow, it's been a while since I made any posts on the forum :/ I've been busy with school and a new girlfriend, but other than that I've been rather idle. I also got a fancy new avatar of mehself. Tis' fancy, and I'm sure I'll figure out what is in a year or two. I've been doing a whole lot of nothing and essay after essay only ever disconected with massive projects. Most have been easy though, because I'm good with all the English essays thrown at me. Also, I've been working harder on my guitar practicing. Yeah, that's pretty much all Red has been doing, well, that and some Fan Fiction.

I've been fine. I'm a boring person, just been hanging out with friends and stuff. And attempting to prove that sleep is for the weak. Hasn't worked yet, but at least I haven't gone...er...more insane. I'm thinking about trying to get a job. Not that I need the money, exactly, but it'll give me something to do. Ane the money would be nice too. I need it to fix up one of my dad's cars. He told me I could have the pick of the cars he doesn't drive anymore, if I help get them fixed up. My choices are a Mitsubishi Eclipse (1998, I believe, and probably too broken to fix), an Alpha Romeo (forget the year, has transmission problems), and a '68 Satelite. (needs new paint job and brakes, among other various repairs I'm sure it will need) Or, if I don't feel like fixing up one of his old cars, I need the money to buy a car from somewhere else. Other options I'm considering right now: My mom's boyfriend knows people who want to get rid of their cars. Working condition muscle cars, under $400 bucks. Need new tires and a bit of other minor work, but mostly in good shape. They're cheap because the owners just want to get rid of them. The other option is my friend knows someone who sells used cars for a living, so I can get a working condition car from there for a decent price. Alternatively, I can buy one of the many "just barely running" cars that are in the neighborhood. There's always at least one for sale. I won't be able to drive yet, but I figure I should buy the car early, and start saving up for the car insurance. (I'm a teen male, won't be cheap) There are other things I could use the money for, but that's one of the main things.

QUOTE(minque @ Feb 25 2006, 06:53 PM) Fan fiction??? So when will we get the opportunity to read it? Oh, I don't know, probably when I've decided whether or not the story will keep my interest .Well, just a little more editing and I'll have my rough version done (I'm such a perfectionist) and then the first chapter will be up. I've decided to make the main character one of my lesser favourite races (after Redguards, Nords, Argonians and Khajiits), a Dunmer. Today I've been listening to a lot of music and a lot more t.v then my usual 2 hours for I have nothing to do. Hopefully tomorrow bodes better for me. EDIT!!! If by 68' Sattelite you mean 68' Plymouth Sattelite, I say go for the Sattlite Kindred. That or the muscle cars . This post has been edited by Red: Feb 26 2006, 12:55 AM

It's a cherry red (so it matches your name ) 1968 Plymoth Sattelite. That's the car I planned on fixing up, anyways. Bit of a gas guzzler, but most definitely a cool car. Besides, I won't have too far to go, anyways, I won't need a whole lot of gas. I'm sure than once I'm able to drive, I'm going to be chained to my house, courtesy of my mother. or maybe put in a cage. For some reason, she doesn't like the idea of me driving....especially that car. The muscle cars were cool too, I've seen them. Don't remember what kind of cars they were, it was kinda dark. But I could see enough to know that they were cool. And in the end, that's what really matters, right?

Yeah as long as the car looks cool, like, say, a cherry red 68 Plymouth Sattelite does, then who cares about anything else about it? No door? Easier to get into. No seats? Sitting is for conformists. No windshield? Then its a convertable.

No seats? Sitting is for conformists. No windshield? Then its a convertable. Got a point there. I wasn't planning to use the brakes a whole lot anyways... I mean, yes I was. (my insurance premiums just doubled when I said that, I needed to cut them back down) The car certainly looks cool. I'll probably have to fix the brakes before I drive it, though. And put more air in the tires. And pass my driver's test, I suppose. Maybe give it another coat of paint. But the important things are that it looks cool, and that if I crash with anything short of a Hummer, I'll be fine due to the fact that the car is solid metal. Well, not solid metal, I guess, but it's made out of metal instead of plastic, and it's a very durable car. Now, I might die if I crash (of course, I'll try to avoid that...), but the car itself will be fine. And that's the important thing. Oh, that and the fact that me driving it will give my mother heart attacks. Hmm...maybe I should wait untill I'm old enough to inherit.... Just kidding, any inheritance I get from my mother will be limited to notes nagging me about things, my other relatives will get all of the moola, I expect. (yep, all $2.40) Plus, I don't particularly want my mom to die... so I guess I'll have to convince her to buy a cellphone so she can dial 911.

Hey guys... So, the great reclusive Intestinal Chaos has himself a girl friend Good work there. I on the other hand have hit rock bottom... Prom is like in a month, and I have NOBODY to go to it with. Heh, the girl I was gonna ask (like a week) ago just to took up this offer from some other dude and I didn't plan a back-up. So I half-assed it and tried to ask this one girl who just broke up with her boyfriend (Or rather he just broke up with her). There was meh first mistake, he broke up with her. So 'duh' she still has hope that he will want to get back with her before prom. So.. I guess I'll just be either going home and drinking the night away, or go to one of the after-parties and get drunk off my boat and layed at the same time. (not to hard) Funny how all your morals just go out the window when your pissed?

I never really did get you Americans and your need to have insane numbers of utterly pointless dances all the time. And what's so important about the prom? From what i hear from various people, all it seems ot do is induce large amounts of stress. EDIT: Gah, you would not believe how boring it is doing a project on Ammonia. Stpid teacher

If I´d been in your town I´d gladly accompanied you (and if I´d been about 30 years younger you maybe would want to take me!! ) I suppose you are not somewhat near Ann Arbor? Otherwise you could have asked my daughter!! She´d said yes, she´s nice and good looking as well! QUOTE(Red @ Feb 28 2006, 10:09 PM) Damn does that suck. Well, the Prom problem is just a shadow my other one.
Its been a exetremely trying time. One of my friends was killed last thursday night in a car crash..
He was a great guy too, only 16 years old.. Hell I don't think I'd ever seen him without a smile. So yea, I've been kinda upset lately.
Topple that all up with me making a 70 in english.. For the love of god, I've only been taking english for 11 years, why in the world should this year be different?
Yea, so alot has been happening. I'm just gonna play it cool.
I would try to take one of my friends to prom... but all my friends have dates.. so yea. w00t to being the 5th wheel!
EDIT: Edit yes gamer, you do have to be 21 to drink in NC... But when has that stopped anyone?
EDIT 2: Well we only have the prom at our school Wolfie so... Anyways we Americans love to have a good time.
EDIT 3: Heh, I'd take that offer up Minque if those were the circumstances. What state is Ann Arbor anyways?

wow there is so much in here I feel I should comment on....first off about legal drinking age, in my area it's 18 but I don't know anyone who hadn't been offered a drink or two by sixteen and by eighteen most of the people I knew had been drunk at least once, I haven't ever been drunk because i am kinda paranoid about losing my senses...I hate having to sleep as it is...do you know how vulnerable you are then? I don't like it.
regarding g-friend, grrats oh great choatic recluse Intestine, lol. gl man.
I went to my own prom with little fuss, didn't much care for it but was glad I went because we had a blast at a local exercise/recreation place for our afterprom. btw I went to prom alone, and I didn't mind much....I don't like dancing....I did dance for two songs with female friends I had who didn't want me to be sad later, lol. I kinda liked the one, but she was going out with one of my best friends....so that's a no-no, lol. They broke up after he lived with me for two weeks and went into the service (longer story), and I still didn't ask her out but I still don't regret it.....I suppose I live without regrets for the most part. I always think out major choices from multiple points of view and make the choice that I can live with and accept as the best option at the time. That sounds coldly logical, but one of the points of veiw I make sure to check is the emotional view.
ok..what else here...I am bored hearing about america stuff, ...and I live here. I find Japan a much more interesting country. So I simpithize with you Wolfie. Ammonia is boring too, lol. btw i never went to any other dance function except my aunt's wedding...and that's different, so I don't have pointless dancing functions like most Americans, most of who are acctually like me in that regard.
Sorry about your friend channler, when i was in high school one of my friends almost died by getting hit by a semi moving at 50 mph that was moving perpendicular to him, he was in a wheelchair, cast up and down with wire shuting his mouth for around two months and then had to go through alot of rehab. So I have an idea of what is would be like. regarding English...English is the toughest language on earth, save maybe having to memorize all the 2000 some characters in the orient.
lol Ann Arbor is either in Maine or Europe. not sure which, lol. You will have to guess that it's not North Carolina though....actually I don't live too far from you, but I am a guy without trasportation...and besides I don't swing that way....lmao.
Anyway I hope things will start going up for you. You seem to have run the three-bad-thing guantlet
