The haunted house in Anvil is very nice once the ghosts are gone. Cozy fireplace and all...  Very cheap, since it comes fully furnished (and cleaned and tidied up when the ghosts are gone). I like skingrad because of the display tables the best. I have my mythic dawn commentaries on display, as well as most of the items I've stolen and don't want to sell, like the draconian madstone.

It's useless unless you have the money to spend of furniture, too, which is like 10-20k depending on your bartering and persuasion skills.
