I just bought two more System of a Down cds "Hypnotize" and "Mesmerize" this time, I'm currently listening to both of those as I type. (no not at the same time, kinda like alternating every now and then.) Those cds are awesome...if you like that kind of music that is. (yes I am aware that most of you don't like that music but I reserve my right to freedom of post. )

QUOTE(Mazelure @ Jun 5 2006, 10:41 PM) Yeah that censor is evil... by the way... Korn is very cool... well atleast in my eyes they are... Yeah, it's all about personal preferance. I only heard a few of their songs. The ones that were on TV the last few years.

Right now I'm swimming in a sea of KoRn and A7X so I'm content with my screaming loud guitars. I love metal and rock of all kinds except oldies.

Btw hows Mesmerize sounding, got Hypnotize and all the others except that one. But on the music scale I'm pretty much all over the place, all depends on what mood I am, if I wanna chill then its some Massive Attack, Ghost monkey, Morcheeba, Faitless and so on. Basicly anything that sounds good to me, some times I will even Listen to some classic music.

What I've found out today is that working with math while listning to Dream Theater really works good! Listened to alot of their stuff today and it's really great, what I really like is the variation through-out the song with the rythm and guitar sound etc. Have been mostly listning to their 10 - 11 min longs from "Train of Thought" and it's really great compassion! Guitar is great, lyrics, singing and really nice to have on when I'm sitting here, knowing that tomorrow I'll be standing infront of some peeps and performing a one hour performance about maths... Anyway... Dream Theater - This Dying Soul

I was listening to The Doors with 'Break on Through', but you reminded me of ToT, and I switched to 'In the Name of God'.

Mmm, that's a great song - It's nice that they last so long as they do too, it's great all the way Switching to some Disturbed inbetween too, listened to them when I was heading to Rome too. VERY high when I was waiting for the flight with Down with the Sickness, famous intro on that song Distrubed - Are You Breathing

You mean "We might as well be strangers" right? Well, thats a beautiful song, I like the lyrics of many of Keane:s songs.
And for the genre I would say it's Alternative Rock or something like that.

The last days I have really started to listen to Iron Maiden, so for the moment I'm listening to "The Number of the beast", and I must say it's a damn good song. Another favourite of mine, is "The Wickerman" (thanks Fuzzy for reckommending it to me ) But I'm still more of a Rock lover. But I must say that Alice Cooper is definately one of the better Rock/Metal singers out there...I was on his consert in Stavanger yesterday, and it was some of the best things I have ever experienced :D
