I thought I might as well just continue the saga here - Another thread is up and running, and for not wanting to be caught spamming or anything, I'll post a couple of pictures... Not for me thought, but a couple of the 150 shots I took when I was in Rome on holiday... Enjoy A couple of random shots I took, some good, others not that good - Missed a couple of good ones thought, since we were sitting on this double decker bus, and some americans used to get in the way of me... True... Here's some, the rest you can find HERE!Here... well I think this is one of the favorite shots I took Added it too my gallery in deviantART since I think it came out good... (I said it was a art shot, where you take a picture and position yourself to light, contrast etc. and all that - but I lied of course, this was a snapshot taken from the bus) Deviant Link: ClickyFuzzter Out

It's really only meant to be pictures of yourself, rather than just pictures...

Anyways, wtf, they park on the side walks? And that street in only like 10 feet across! Wow, makes everything seem so big here.

Driving in Rome - is hell... On the way to the airport, no one wears seatbelt, the driver talks in the mobile (without handsfree of course) and the avarage speed was about... 160 km/t. In the streets we got a taxi driver who didn't know where the aparment was, so he just parked in the middle of the road too talk to some peeps while there was oncoming traffic. And... the sitting on the bus is a nightmare, they drive like people who have stollen the bus and is mentally unstable. They wave their hands, talk in the phone and try to hit those poor italians on their mopeds... lol - Sick

I liked the pics of Rome! Then again I'm very interested in ancient Rome, and the game Rome: Total War is my all time favorute game so far. It's the one I'm currently playing while I wait for my urge to play Oblivion comes back... Anyway, the narrow streets are typical for ancient cities that were surrounded by city walls. No need for wider streets since only pedestrians and horses were using them, and they had to get as many houses as possible cramped into a relatively small area. If you ever go to Malta I recommend visiting the ancient capital of Medina. It still has huge city walls, the city itself is quite tiny, and you can almost touch the houses on each side of the streets if you hold your hands out. Btw the bus drivers of Malta are certified maniacs as well, but they have cool buses... Sorry for the off-topic...

Yes ... I love Dune and read it's sequel too. Here is the fishy Pisces that we know FISHEYSTIX <----push I think he got his brother or some other bipedal land mammal to pose in that other pic for him. Note the spicey blue eyes here = it is from the icy cold New Zealand waters.

QUOTE(Ibis @ Jun 18 2006, 10:33 PM) That is the coolest pic, Minque. Did you say that the light in the front is from the flash? It came out so cool, it reminds me of the religious icons that my mom used to have hanging around the house (Polish) before the Roman Catholic priest visited and told her to take them down. I was little but I didn't like that. Anyways, it's got the most beautiful lighting to it. You look great and mysterious too. Thanks for the kind words" Well yes the light is from the flash.....I was in a bit of luck, that pic came out alright I think. Well it is new, it´s taken just some week or two ago, so it´s me as Í am now.....just add glasses of course! I am mysterious you know!!!! Maybe I shouldn´t have a haircut.....hmmm
