Flint Ironwood, roof.

,,Here we go again." Flint muttered and smiled at his words. Some things were becoming predictable. Well hopefully not all things.

,,I think I get your point. Ready, everyone?"
Flint raised his katana and waited.

He brought his free hand behind his back and concentrated. He hadn't done this spell in a long time, but he should still be able to do it. After al, he was a Breton. Slowly, a greenish cloud of potent poison fromed between his fingers. He then coated the cloud in a skin of whirling fire.
,,I hope you know how to dodge, mister."


(Fuzzy, you definitely want to dodge when Flint throws this one. It really messes up my victims in Morrowind. )

Hecate

Hecate knew this fight wouldn't last long, he had to get past these three and get into the room where Brianna was and finish the job quickly.

He positioned himself ready to dodge the spell which was soon to be unleashed, a small bend in his knees and his arms out to the side he stood there with a smile on his face, waiting for them to do the first move.

Bring it on!

(OOC: We should only have a quick fight - a little dodging and stuff, then Hecate should manage to get into Brianna's room where a large fight will start were of course the good guys will end up winning)

Flint Ironwood, the roof

Flint jumped forward and released his spell on one side while sending a telekinetic blast to the other side. His katana was aimed right at the assassin's heart. Either Hecate would dodge to the left and hit his Poisonous Flame or he would dodge to the left and get knocked of the roof by the Telekinetic blast. If he didn't dodge at all, there was Flint's katana. Of course, Hecate could still jump over him, but Flint didn't had enough hands to cover all possible directions, so he decided not to worry about it.

(Show the little thief how good Hecate really is. )

Hecate

The Breton knew how to put pressure on Hecate, leaving few doors to dodge his attacks. Having one spell on each side Hecate dashed forward against the incoming katana, he brought his daggers up against the katana, enough to slow the it down a little - making enough room of Hecate to dive between the legs of the attacking Breton, it was an incredible feat.
Hecate rolled a few feet before he got up on his feet and spun around to face the Breton with both his daggers pointing at him.

Flint Ironwood, the roof (other side this time)

Flint landed on his feet and spun around after which he went in a defensive stance.
,,Not bad. Your turn." He said while he got ready. If he managed to delay Hecate long enough, then maybe Serene or the newcomer would find an opening.

Rahvin

"What shall you do? Get some rest. You need it." he answered.

Brianna

Brianna nodded, laid back on the bed again, and smiled

"Ok....I´ll do just that!"

She fell asleep almost immediately, and did not even notice the sounds outside the door


OOC: So are you attacking or shall we just hold our horses? Brianna can keep on sleeping until you guys burst in ...that is when Hecate bursts in!

Telina, in the room where Bree and Rahvin.

OOC:After a week in New Zealand I'm back, and I will stay for about a month, before I'm heading on another holiday.

Telina who was watching Rahvin explaining himself and Bree calm down again, suddenly felt a sharp pain in her forehead...VERIC IS...HERE!!!!


She sat down in a chair, to catch her breath again, and looked over at Bree...NO WAY HE WOULD GET HER, she would make sure of that.

"Rahvin...get a weapon, and bar the door and window, I've got a bad feeling about this, in the meantime I must do something...I'll be back soon", she whispered, before she took her sword, and kissed him...before climbing out the window and dissapearing.

OOC:She would like to give Hectate a reason to get off teh (quite crowdy) roof.

Flint Ironwood, roof.

Flint waited for just a few seconds.
,,Actually, I want to have another go. See yah!" He shouted cheerfully before vanishing in thin air. His new Dark Brotherhood cloak made invisibility even easier.

Flint went down the roof and through the front door of the inn without a sound. He found Fervus waiting in an ambush behind the door.
,,Hi, I'm here to keep you company." He whispered to the Lich. He was sure that Hecate wouldn't stay on the roof. He was after Brianna after all.

Fervus Noctus, behind the front door.

Fervus simply nodded when he heard Flint's voice. He cast a life detection spell and waited. If he found the Breton, he would not hold back.



(I'm off to bed. if someone wants to, feel free to take control of my characters while I'm gone. )

Rahvin

Getting a weapon was easy enough; it was just a matter of deciding which one. When Telina left, he put a chair under the door handle to keep anyone from opening it. Unless, of course, they just blasted through it magically...

Shaking that thought from his head, he stood ready for someone to try to come through that door.

Telina, joining the party.

Telina, had just got to the top of the roof, when Flint dissapeared, and from what she felt flew down, and ran back to Fervus....that meant only Telina, Serene and the unknown assassin was here.
She loaded her crossbow, aiming it at Hectate, walking towards him.

"Oh my my...here I am outside for a nice stroll on the roof, and I bump into an assassin who have happened to "bump" into us earlier...mind you enlighten us with the reason WHY you have been following us", she said with a sarcastic voice, still aiming towards Hectate's head, and walking towards him.

She waited for an answer, as she stepped beside Serene, and smiled wryly at Hectate...dont worry, Rahvin is protecting Bree, and the door is barricaded.

OOC:Hope that sped up things a lil'bit.

Serene, beside Telina

Serene noticed Telina just appearing beside her, she smiled and nodded as she got the message about Rahvin protecting Bree....

Ok you seem to have almost everything covered, ok let´s stick together in this then and force the truth out of Hecate

She prepared herself, mentally, she had no weapon, just her magical skill to fight with!

Ranes, at the Inn's bar

"The hell?" the barkeep mumbled, watching the door swing open and shut by itself. "That weren't the wind.."

Ranes sighed, casting life detection. The two waiting near the door became visible to him as humaniod-shaped purple light. "Its' nothing," Ranes said to the barkeep. What in the blazes are they doing...I heard some commotion...aw, don't tell me that we have trouble again. I was just begining to enjoy this mead... he thought to himself, his frown growing. Ranes quickly downed the rest of his mead and shook his head.

Well, it'll have to come through the front door, if they're hanging out there. Thankfully this place isn't too crowded currently...

Sadril, who was quietly sitting in the tavern in Bruma, leaned back in his chair and propped his feet up on the table. He looked up at the ceiling when he heard what sounded like footsteps above him.

"They're gonna cave the damned roof in if they keep this up," Sadril said to himself. He glanced over at Ranes and stared at him for a moment as his mind drifted back to the duel they had held seemingly weeks ago.

Brianna, in the room with Rahvin

Finding herself alone with Rahvin made Brianna feel uneasy, yet sad. She still had some feelings for him, even though she tried very hard to suppress them. He loved Telina.....a fact she had to accept but still didn´t understand how it happened. Anyway Rahvin obviously cared for her as a person, otherwise he wouldn´t have stayed here protecting her!

She looked at him, standing on guard at the door, without him noticing she was awake. Her mother was not present, she was probably with Telina......those two practising magic together would be lethal to anyone....

Brianna smiled, she felt safe despite the fact that there were several people who wanted her dead. She gently stroke her big belly.....closed her eyes and tried to visualize how it would be to have a little baby, all dependany of her fot his survival......

Hecate (just pretend i am fuzzy)

Hecate began walking to the side as Telina approached and began circling her. "I follow you because I was ordered to," he shot back in an equally sarcastic tone.

Veric

Veric watched with curiosity from the very same roof that they were all standing on. He would interevene if Hecate did not make it past the nuisances in a moment; but he remained hidden through the use of an invisibility spell, wanting to see just how the fight would play out. He attempted to hide his mental presence enough so that anyone who would be able to sense him would not be able to pinpoint him.

(OOC: id rather avoid dialogue with hecate if you don't mind. i wouldn't want to betray his personallity that fuzzy created.)

Still here? Man, now I'm really mad. Time to wreck this place!

Flint Ironwood, doing some things.

Flint waited for a moment while listening to the conversation up on the roof. He really preferred lots of room when fighting. Flint made up his mind.
,,Fervey, try to get everyone out of the building. It might receive some.....structural modifications." He told the Lich before hiding underneath his Dark Brotherhood cloak and becoming visible. He walked to the place directly underneath Hecate.

,,If you value your life, you'll not interfere with the Dark Brotherhood." He hissed to his public in his most threatening voice. then, he sent three things up towards the ceiling directly underneath the spot Hecate was standing. First came a Telekinetic blast to smash a hole in the roof underneath the assassin's feet, next came a fireball and finally came Flint himself, with his blades ready.

Fervus Noctus, also doing some things.

Fervus listened. He then calmly walked to the center of the room, still invisible. When Flint executed his plan, he calmly spoke without reveiling himself.
,,It might be a wise decision to leave this establishment, we've got several talented mages, a couple of assassins and a few other people who are about to turn this place into a battlefield. You don't want to get stuck in it."


(Ah, just back and I get to wreck things. I love my life. )

Now then......let´s move things a lil´bit.....hehe

Brianna

All of a sudden she felt a dull pain in her stomach....it came and then went away again.....strange!

"could it really be.....noo the baby wasn´t due for at least a month!"

But the pain was there for sure and it grew stronger each time it hit her.

"Rahvin! Telina! Mom.....I think..I think the baby want´s to get out, maybe someone should boil some water....!

Brianna sounded worried, after all it was the first time for her.....



OOC: So let the babies be born.....right?

Telina, at last

Telina, had seen Flint take actions too his own hands, which fitted well, since Telina heard what Brianna was saying. "Come on Serene, time to go" she yelled, jumping of the roof, landing soft as a cat on the wet ground.

She got up to Briannas room, seeing ehr like this was, well, painful. "Rahvin, this is nothing for you to see, so if you could just wait down in the bar or something meanwhile, that would be great".

She looked down at Bree, trying to calm her by looking her straight into her eyes, a smile on her lips..."dont worry Bree, we've got you". Telina grabbed a cauldron, saying an intricate spell, steaming water started to pour out from Telinas hands it seemed, slowly filling up the cauldron.

OOC:Well, that was my part, so now there is time for someone else to write.

Rahvin

Rahvin couldn't decide if he was supposed to feel insulted or relieved. On one hand, he was being treated like a child and shooed out of the room, and on the other, he really didn't want to be there.

He chose the latter and excused himself from the room, and later, the inn itself. He didn't even get to breathe in any fresh air before the figures on the roof caught his eye.

What a wonderful time to have a woman to have her child. he thought sarcastically.
