Yes Minque ... I'm so happy you are coming whether we get to meet or not. I know you must be overjoyed about seeing your daughter again after so long a time. You certainly are becoming the world traveler. biggrin.gif

My agoraphobia kicked my spotted owl today.

Nevertheless I'll try talking to this teacher tomorrow, and I'm procrastinating tomorrow too.

Mil, did you make up that word or is that the cesor at work again?

Zarr, don't let this guy intimidate you ... or your feelings about him. You've got to take the situation in hand and get on with thanking him. I'm sure he will appreciate it and you will feel ever so better.

Well, har-de-har-har-har, things turned out ironic.

Ironically, the day I work up the courage to talk to him he's not there. Normally, he's outside his classroom in between classes. I checked three times for him. Not there....

I swear it's a conspiracy. Either these series of events have been odd coincidences, he has a Zarrdar, or (even more coincidently) he's a member of at least one of the forums I post on.

Or perhaps two or all of those. Anyway it goes, it's damn freaky I tell j00.

You probably won't see too much of me for the next few days.. or maybe a lot more, it depends on how I react. The visit ended and now I won't see her for a long time. I'll have pictures up soon, but yeah.. I just don't feel too great.

Ohhh Stomach Ache ... and we were just so enjoying having you around and posting again. Well, I do understand the melancholy you must be feeling ... do try to keep in touch with her at MySpace and by email. Are telephone calls out of the question??

Listen Chaos, I was just reading last night about Mary Steinburgen (sp?) and Jim Morrison. She was his first love before he got famous, when he attended the Univ. of Florida in Tallahassee and every weekend he'd hitch-hike back to Clearwater to be with her. But during the week - they'd talk by telephone and here's how ... Mary would find a different pay phone each time and send him a letter with the phone nymber for that phone booth and what time he should call her there. Then he'd call.paying for the first three minutes and they'd talk for a long time. Then when the operator called back with the charges of how much change he should drop in the phone, he'd already have walked away. Pretty romantic huh?

I guess the phone company doesn't let you phone like that anymore ... probably make you pay up front. Best thing would be if you or Jamie got a cell phone that has free national calls and buy phone minutes for it. Maybe you already have cell phones. Don't despair, you will see her again. Maybe you could visit down there somehow, if her parents like you.

Oh I'm good with the phone things, we have unlimited long-distance. I don't know all the details, but I do know that I can call from here and it's free. It's not all bad really, I just need to get re-use to things being long-distance again, I've become accustomed to things being closer. I'll get over it, probably sooner than I think. I've never had it so rough, long-distance is torture, but for her it's worth it. I won't go into the "she's the most wonderful gir ever, etc" stuff, I don't like listening to other people say it, so I won't go and be a hypocrite now. I'm starting to feel better anyways, I'm just binging on videogames to distract myself and soon enough I'll be my same old self again. Besides, I should be able to talk to her by... tomorrow or the day after that, so by then I should be doing much better.
Once again, thanks for all your concern. I'm glad that most of you at least seem to care about my problem-of-the-week. Not much to worry about though, just some moping and sulking and then I should be okay. It's just a matter of time.

Ha ha! I've finally done it! I have beaten it into the abyss and I probably won't bring it out for a while!

Ahem...

I started writing again and I'm over my Oblivion addiction... Hopefully I'll update my Halo fanfic soon. Also, I need a place to bounce ideas off of people about my novel so I may do that here too. This is a friendly forum.

Howdy!......

Back on track again, after a heavy party-weekend. All went well, but unfortunately I had to go to work this week, I´d rather stayed at home.

Got to start selling stuff now....to rise money for my trip to US! It´ll be in early october I reckon, my daughter wouldn´t have me the weeks I originally planned to go......I was actually thinking of flying to New York on the 11th of september, you see there are a lot of cheap flights that day!

Are you going to be in Michigan? It'll probably be cold here.

Just remember this, while it may be cold in Michigan, it's freezing in Canada tongue.gif.

Ugh, we get a long weekend holiday, yet I still have to work on Saturday... If it rains though I figure the window won't be busy. So in other words, I'm going to have a very boring seven hours of works. I expect I'll make some headway into Don Quixote, it's been going kinda slow so far. Or maybe I'll write an update.....

'tis still warm as the blazes here in Florida. And we passed through Ernestos mild wrath with only some extra intense dousings of rain. Now he is headed to the Carolinas and up to New Jersey and New York for the long holiday weekend.

Meh, I'm not one to like overly hot days anyways; I burn too easily wacko.gif

It looks like some of Ernesto has reached Canada though, the skies are quite dark right now, and it's the middle of the afternoon.
