What a difference one day makes. And ten degrees, and cool morning wind. I had no sleep [as usual] during night but at least weather went from infernal to normal summer. Managed to pick up pension for my folks, as well as drive my mom to hospital for another shot of penicillin. As for more spectacular news, the cavalry finally arrived: Russian government had send a specialized IL-76 firefighting airplane to aid us and Bulgarians combat forest fires - 4 of them near our city. It was nice to hear that 90-ton beast roar 4 times above our buildings, as it approached the airport to refuel & get more water.

I´m glad to hear things are better in Serbia...I´ve been thinking of you sweetie! Hope your mom isn´t too bad.... Here is rainy-sunny-cloudy...a real mess of a wheather!...and I´m working whilst my family has vacation..yuck!

QUOTE(Lord Revan @ Jul 25 2007, 08:12 PM) Has anyone watched anything made by Rooster Teeth? They make funny stuff. Oh yeah. I enjoy RvB greatly. 'Which is interesting, considering that i've never met him before.' 'Why is that interesting?..' '... I don't know.' I'm guessing that there aren't any Fishy Sticsk here? Never got one in Official Forums.

QUOTE It's very important to know what to say. For example, one time I was staying at a hotel, and a dog in the room next to mine started barking at 5 AM... I walked out, opened my mouth, and realized I didn't know what to say. So I just proclaimed 'I've killed before!'

QUOTE(Lord Revan @ Jul 25 2007, 10:15 PM) Yeah, RVB is so funny (language aside), have you seen the last episode (number 100)?
I did, it was really good. Especially the Japaneese ending credits. Also the beginning: 'Come out, Caboose! We just want to kill you!' 'Don't listen to them - it's a trick!' Have you seen all three endings?

QUOTE(The Metal Mallet @ Jul 25 2007, 10:49 PM) Is RVB free? I always hear about it but I never find the motivation to actually check out the episodes.
You can always view it on the web, it's free there. Also, this'll sound nooby, but how do I edit? there doesn't seem to be an 'Edit' button.

QUOTE(The Metal Mallet @ Jul 25 2007, 10:53 PM) It's right beside the "Multi" and "Quote" buttons after you post.
Weirdly, there's nothing there. Can this have something to do with my number of posts? EDIT: Ah, nevermind. It appeared after this post. This post has been edited by Gaius Maximus: Jul 26 2007, 12:05 AM

QUOTE(Lord Revan @ Jul 25 2007, 11:34 PM) I hope they have a season for Halo 3, especially since they have a Mongoose now! I'm thinking they're going to go with the 'Same teams, new map' plot. They're going to Valhalla (sp?) this time, and we're yet to see what technic will they get, though it can be seen in Halo 3 Beta that good ol' Warthog is comming for the Reds again. Speaking of Halo 3 Beta... 'Let's see the Blues are launching a coordinated offensive!' (View skips to Blues) 'I don't even know this map!' 'Where are the guns?!' 'Which base is ours?..' (View skips back to Reds again) 'What better way to slow them down than to throw dead soldiers at them! Or, if no soldiers are available - dead Grifs! Com'ere, Grif.'

Or maybe Simmons and Grif are doing "recon" (Grif, of course, is riding shotgun). They basically relive some of the the classic moments from the original beginning, while Church (maybe Tucker, too) are watching them and having the classic.
You know I wonder what the extra plot will be now, since Omega, Wyoming, Capt. Flowers (wait, scratch Flowers), Tex, Shiela, and a lot of Elites are dead. Maybe (if you can play as the Covenant, as is rumored) the aliens will play a bigger plot......
Maybe all of Blue and Red Teams are cloned (if they stay true to the ending where everyone kills each other, comic gold) after the change in times (explaining why it's Halo 3 and not Halo 2). Oh, and Vic (Jr.) and Red/Blue command play little (well, less of a role than in the original series).
Seeing the two teams confront the Flood would be Hilarious Comedy Gold!!!
Well, that's just me thinking.....

I'd like to see Flood. Perhaps there's going to be a way to play as Flood in H 3... I rather doubt that, though. But I'm sure Rooster Teeth will come up with something completely unexpected and hilarious. Like... Ooo, I dunno. But I'm assuming Tex is alive if they stick to the 'Weirdest match ever' ending - she shouted with all the others 'NEW MAP!' Oh yeah, it'd also make Blues to be lesser in numbers. So I'm assuming they bring back Tex. This post has been edited by Gaius Maximus: Jul 27 2007, 12:01 AM

QUOTE(The Metal Mallet @ Jul 27 2007, 08:22 PM) Well I watched the first season so far and I thought it was really funny. And I attempted to get season two, and I think I was actually very close to getting it completely downloaded when my internet cut out, ruining about 3 hours worth of a download since for some reason it assumes the download is finished. Now once my internet works again (stupid installation of digital cable and phone) I'll have to re-start the download all over again.
In Season 1, they haven't yet captured their 'fitting' voices. It was really weird hearing the beginning after watching through Season 5. Oh, and Season 2 is great, especially the beginning episode. Remember Blue Command? It's comming back, better than ever. Also... 'Agent Double-O Donut!' 'Like Doonut?' Oh yeah... Season 2 also includes the completely off-topic episode spoof... Can't remember the exact title, but it was really weird. This post has been edited by Gaius Maximus: Jul 27 2007, 09:28 PM

I haven't seen much of Season 1, mostly I've stuck to season 4 and 5 (I'm biased toward Halo 2). I perfer Red Team in terms of comical acts, but I would have to pick Blue team if I could join...... or maybe I'd be an Elite (obviously one who speaks English already). Or a freelancer (black and cyan armor, and I would also speak Spanish, as I'm learning to in real life). But if I had to pick which of the two to join, it would be Blue team, Sarge would force too many odd jobs on me. And I don't think I could stand all his monologues and exclaimations "Eurika's Hammer" for example. I might also enjoy picking on Caboose with Church and Tucker every now and then. Caboose is so senseless, and how he seems to really like Church even though he's accidently blow him up when in SHiela. Which team would you be on?
