It's impossible to tell. We don't even know why it was delayed, we have no idea what they still have to work on, what they still need to finish before they can ship it out.

A man once asked the Buddha, "How does one escape the heat of the summer sun?"
And the Buddha replied, "Why not try crawling into the blazing furnace?"
See the thing is that its very likely that Bethesda doesn't know for sure either... They don't have a date in mind and are just keeping it secret. More than likely what is happening is that they have a set number of criteria they have to meet for the game to be considered finished. With that they are also "breaking the game" which is to say that as they rewrite certain areas of code to improve speed they may/will introduce new bugs into the whole game. Then these new bugs have to be squashed too. Once their checklist meets whatever criteria they have set as accceptable then will ship off the Gold CD that we are all anxiously waiting. Once Bethesda announces an actual date... It will only be a few weeks away from being in our hands.
