Hi. Just wondering if I'll be able to run the game at some of the lower screenshot qualities we've seen. My system is fine, but i just dont know how well my graphics card will be able to run it with only 128mb DDR3. P4 3.2 Ghz 1024 MB RAM 6600 GT OC 128MB PS: I really like this site, in the past few months the qaulity of disccusions on the official forums has degraded to the point where I barely go there anymore. Glad to see some mature disccussions taking place

I know I should upgrade, but I can't so-I'm hoping for low settings, as long as it's playable. I'll upgrade eventually but that doesn't have to stop me from starting the game now...does it?
2.6 ghz Intel Processor 768 mb of Ram and the real kicker...a Geforce MX440 (AGP8x)
I'm not even sure if the card is supported, but anyone think I might be able to manage on very low-to complete minimum specs and get a decent framerate?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I doubt the game will run at all. I have never even heard of that series of graphics card.

EDIT: PS: You're totaly right about this site, it is great! This post has been edited by Sam: Mar 19 2006, 03:22 AM

QUOTE(1234king @ Mar 18 2006, 08:13 PM) can somebody tell me if my comp will run oblivion Okay. Your RAM might need a bit of upgrading, but I would doubt it. As for your graphics card, I really have no clue what all of those letters and numbers mean! What kind of memory do you have on it? If it is 128 Mb or higher, then you should be alright.

http://www.srtest.com/referrer/srtestThat site should be able to say if you can run it and if not, what you need. Just click on the drop down list ----Select a Product---- and go down till you see The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Hit scan, and click YES to the software download.(It is safe I'm pretty sure, downloaded it multiple times and nothing terrible has happened to my comp >.>. Nothing new picked up by norton anti virus. It'll scan and give you a tab for min requirements, and a tap for reccomended.

That should be enough. Your video card is on the supported chipsets, and 1 gig of ram and 2.0 ghz is required. if you wanna be sure though http://www.srtest.com/referrer/srtest=) Its probably the easiest way to find if you comp works with it.

NewEgg 6200's start at $54Find out what type of GPU interface your motherboard supports.

Im getting Ob of course and was wondering if my GPU temp being at 44-54 and cpu at 29-39 and my MB is 38-45, are any of those temp ok? I heard they were alright but wouldnt wanna get OB and burn up my comp. Im using EVEREST to see my temps I heard they werent that accurate.
I have a x1900 XTX ATI radeon 512mb
AMD Anthlon 64 X2 DUAL 4200+ 2200MHz, equivalent to 4.2GHz
and a 550w Antec SLI PSU
