
Stupid Xbox Customer Support. My Xbox 360 conviniently breaks like a week before Oblivion comes out. So I call them up, they fill out a repair report and send me a box so I can send it back to them. The box came fast, and I figured I might be playing Oblivion by it's release (A sticker on the box said it would be returned to me after 2-3 business days.)
So now two weeks have passed and I still have not received my Xbox. I called them up and they try searching all my info, they cant even find the repair report or evidence that I had even registered with them. There was pretty much nothing they could do cuz it was like I never even called them. Yet they sent me a box to put my xbox 360 in somehow. No I dont know what Im gonna do. I guess they're obligated to replace it if it really is lost. I dunno I just needed to vent some anger....
