I am making a Oblivion map type program. Similiar to google maps.
http://www.arcanatower.com/oblivion I am working on the detailed map but walking across the entire world takes a while.  Let me know what you think archeious @ arcanatower . com |

looks good so far. If i got you right you plan to include all those places one can discover all over cirodill... once that's done, it would be a great addition to the community
