about the AI Options

i was in the imperial city,
it was the time when all shops closed,
so i was there,
the shop owners closed there shops,
but!:
the owners just standed there outside there shops, doing nothing,
for about 15min i think,
it was weard,
so maybe one of you gots the same prob,
is it with the AI?
or must i reinstal the game,
coz the instalation wasn't well going,
coz at the ned, the instal wizard shield window stood there,
i couldn't click it away,
so plz help

p.s. i cant uninstal the game,
it gives a weard massage,
plz help
i love the game, i want to play it correctly and so

That's not really that much of a problem, in fact, I think that Bethesda did that so that thief characters couldn't rob stores Right after the stores close.
