The horse glitch with the woman in kvatch works pretty well.
Actally, here are the trainers. Mercantile Low Level Foroch: Gottshaw Inn (SW of Kvatch) Mach-Na: Cheydinhal (Mach-Na Books shop) Medium Level Margarte: Leyawiin (house E Great Chapel of Zenithar) Seed-Neeus: Chorrol (Northern Goods and Trade shop) *Gives recomendation to master trainer after skill high enough.
