Im just wondering, but is there a mod that allows you to enchant or what have you an unfinished staff that the enchantment can be used on target and and not on strike? Because I love makign my own stuff, but when I got to make a staff and I can only use it on strike... defeats the purpose. If there isn't, maybe someone can make a mod that allows you to?
