Scrolls, Do it yourself. Options

If someone already posted this sorry, but i wish that the game would include a way to make scrolls. You can create your own spells, so why not scrolls. You should be able to write your own spell scroll then have a member of the Mages Guild enchant it, or once you are higher up in the guild you could do it yourself.
