Plain and simple is I wish to make mods to bolivion but the only thing is that i don't know what exactly to do or how to manufacture them. What codes to use, modling, etc. I just need a start on it which i'll really apreciate it.

go here for a full tutorial on the construction set that you can download for free here!
this also goes for anyone else who wants to know what to do.

(i dont own oblivion pc yet so i dont know how hard it would be to mod)
