Ingredient locations, for restore health & magicka Options

I'm having a little trouble finding the natural sources for a couple of useful alchemy ingredients.

My atronach mage consumes restore magicka potions at an alarming rate, so I need good sources of restore magicka ingredients. So far, I've discovered that flax grows in absurd quantities between skingrad and chorrol. There are two other ingredients with restore magicka as the first effect: Bog Beacon Asco Cap & Steel Blue Entoloma Cap. I have not yet found abundant populations of either of these. Does anyone know where I might find these?

I prefer to make potions using only ingredients with 0.1 weight only, so that I don't end up trying to carry insanely heavy potions. This poses a problem for restore health potions, since most of the ingredients for restore health are fairly heavy. Cairn Bolete Caps, which are 0.1 weight, are easy to find in caves. The only other low weight restore health ingredient (at low alchemy levels) is Lady's Mantle Leaves; does anyone know where this plant grows?

Both Bog Beacon and Steel Blue Eta whatever can be found in the swamps down south, but they grow in patches and are kind of rare... The Mages grounds have a few plants of each.
