need some help, save game file Options

well i have a horrible bug with the audio and its a problem with people talking to me the voices are moving but no sounds are coming out so ive deinstall the entire game all the pugins and every thing but i was wondering if there was a to save my characters that would be a great help. also is there away to gert old characters you deleted.

You can copy/paste your GameSaves out of your GameSave folder and into another place when you delete everything. Then when you reinstall you can copy/paste those saved characters back into the new GameSave folder.
But if you've already uninstalled everything, I don't think they are still there. Your game characters are saved in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\My Games\Oblivion. Look there and see if they are still there.
