The Hunter By: Randy

Chapter 1: Introduction

My name is Thoron the Hunter. Living in Cyrodiil, venison is plentiful and markets are always
open to my business. Being a Bosmer, hunting is one of my practices, as is thieving, but I am a freeform and part-time thief. The Thieves’ Guild has asked me to join, but I turned them down saying I would rather do what I want, than what I’m told.

My father, Aragorm, was an Imperial Legion Archer, who was the most agreeable man among the Imperial Legionaires. He had saved many lives and had jailed a plethora of “criminal scum”, as he used to put it. Sadly, he died while breaking up a brawl between two drunks. A messenger came upon my doorstep the following day, bringing me this news as well as his bow, which was his dying will to leave in my possession. This bow, Savior, had been enchanted by an Altmer women named Nirya, with Fire Damage and Fortify Marksmen Skill enchantments. The Bow was majestic. Glowing red, it displayed such beauty. Gold lining upon the silver metal, strung with troll hair from deep within the Forests of the East, and blessed by several monks from Weynon Priory. This bow, which I still use today, will be sacred, at least to me, until the day my heart is limp and unable to breath.

The next chapter will come tommorrow...just wanted to give a taste of the story before getting into it
