 but I don't know why is Photobucket giving you hard time... I copied your link and it opened the pic, but still, try and re-check the link ? My banner is also stored in the ol' bucket and it doesen't cause trouble ?

The second one, since it uses less room and doesn't advertise Bethesda everytime you post (altough naturally they deserve advertisement).
