Don't mean to be rude, but does anyone else find Epy's contributions to the W4O site rather difficult to understand? I have to block my ears just to stop my brain trying to escape while reading his posts... blink.gif

No offence... I just think official posts should be clear and easy to read, not lose their meaning from trying too hard to wax poetic.

Just my 2c

I'm torn between wanting to defend Epy, and laughing at the wax poetic smile.gif

Just what is wrong with wanting to fully substantiate our repositories, eh?

In all fairness, Epy does a huge amount of work around here, and I think he's earned the right to phrase his updates the way he wants. Besides, poetic they might be, but I still feel they're perfectly understandable. Plus, he brings a little poetic license into your life. Always a good thing. biggrin.gif

The lambasting of the comprehensibility of the masterful and virtuoso Epy is something that I would expect a maladroit émigré to do. I hope that you are not such an entity.

It is essential that I admit to be rather skeptical of your diagnosis.

I do not approve of such hyperboles.

Courteous speech should not be regarded as an anomaly or eccentricity.

With utmost certitude do I verify that Epy's annunciations, declarations and proclamations have been entirely meaningful.

I find myself in a position in which I approve of Epy's lyrical characteristics.

Oh.. My god. This thread is hereby deemed the womb of wax-poetry, in which a personal best of loud laughter was seeded.

On the less ammusing note, I'd like to issue a formal apology for bringing waxing poetry to the front page, on which my contributions obviously should focus greatly on easy comprehension and readability, as all other news and posts on the site do and as you suggest. I'll take this to heart, and will try to avoid "waxing up my posts" more than necessary, so as for people to keep posting replies of such epic ammusement. tongue.gif

Really, I'm very sorry to have caused this linguistic comotion. I'll be a good boy -- be posting crystal clear, easy reads from now on.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention (as well as everyone else's...) smile.gif

In all appropriateness, *wax-seals thread*.
