Creedence Clearwater Revival.
Its a pity the band isn't a band anymore, and the members have all aged so considerably that they can't quite hit the notes they used to. I basically revere Creedence, but I don't take much to any of the recent John Fogerty performances. As for a modern rock band, I'd have to say Foo Fighters, though I only really listen to tracks from "The Colour and the Shape". |
