Name: Flogir Traalic
Race: Nord
Class: Former Kvatch Solider, then former Merchant, now General of the Imperial City Home Guard
Age: 43
Sex: Male
Appearance: Very typical Nord features: Tall, blonde, and strong. Age hasn't been the most kind to him as his face is a bit more wrinkled than the typical 40 year old. He still carries himself well though.
Equipment: When out of him armour, Flogir favours well made but inelegant clothing. His General armour consists of chainmail with medium weight breastplate, bracers, and greaves. The centre of the breastplate is gilt with the golden crest of the Home Guard; a shield with a white flame symbolizing the Dragonfires within it.
For weaponry, Flogir still uses Iceshard, a sabre with a potent ice enchantment upon it. In the need of ranged combat, Flogir uses a sturdy yew longbow.
Personality: Even though it has been roughly 8 months being a General, Flogir still has a hard time adjusting to the role of power given to him. He has still kept him friendly demeanor though. It seems that anyone that talks with him seems to open themselves up; telling him things that they wouldn't tell to people that they know better than Flogir.
Brief History: Flogir started off as your common soldier, serving the town of Kvatch. Unfortunately, this was during the Oblivion Crisis which means he witnessed the deaths of several fellow compatriots but managed to survive. Once the Crisis had ended, Flogir was honorably discharged and became a merchant and informant.
This led to him meeting Rann in Chorrol. Working with Rann ended up getting him caught up in the whole situation involving the Silhouette and its quest for domination. Throughout the situation, Flogir acted as a mediator between Rann and the other members of the group. In doing so, he became a confident with Rann and built a close friendship with the other "Old Geister" of the group, Flint.
In the latter stages of the situation involving the Silhouette, the leadership of the final defense of Cyrodil was placed in the hands of Flogir and Altair. Flogir's soldiering experience proved valuable in the final defense against the Akaviri horde seeking to destroy them. It is thought that without Flogir's tactics, the combined Morrowind and Cyrodil forces would've been crushed.
Once the Silhouette was banished, Flogir attempted to return to his previous lifestyle as a merchant. He did so for about four months before caving in to the position that some of the surviving soldiers from the Silhouette situation kept pestering him about. Supposedly, a new military force had been created out of the surviving force that faced the Akaviri. This force became the Imperial City Home Guard, a large military unit whose sole purpose is to defend the Imperial City. They are completely separate from Agrippa's Legion Forces as they are not a sub-division of the Legion. Flogir is now he General of this force and currently resides in the Imperial Capital.
Other Relevant Info: Flogir does not like Agrippa, but since he works for Altair, someone he respects, he does not openly opposes Agrippa. Instead, he subtly tries to at least uphold true justice within the Imperial City and uses informants to try to tip off the Narza'Tai on possible situations involving the Legion outside of the Imperial City.
