Rebuilted Kvatch is WAY the best.
It is as big as imperial city, with Ayled Dungeon, new Castle, shops, 5 guilds, trainers, new unique looking Items... Without mods, skingrad sucks, Anvil too, leyawin is poor, Imperial city as too much guards, bruma is always under attack, so or cheydinhal, or Bravil (bravil is the best baby) |
