I played World Tour once, and even though all the songs weren't unlocked at the time I played it, I was kinda disappointed with the song list, but the game was really not different enough from the other ones for anything else to really set it apart. (except for the weird touchpad soloing which I didn't understand at all)
SIDE NOTE: Guitarists are the most horribly elite people on this earth. It's my first reaction to scream "THIS ISNT REAL" too, but then you have to take a step back. Guitar Hero and other games are getting young kids into some pretty good music, hell, I've even heard of some good bands for the first time from Guitar Hero. So my thoughts are that if it gets a kid interested in music whether it be as a listener or a musician, then it's a good thing.
People have taken the mindset that Guitar Hero is going to replace real musicians or something which is simply ridiculous.
