Daggerfall - Now free, Too Hot To Handle Options

So all of a sudden Bethesda decides to release Daggerfall for free., just like they did with Arena five years ago. Grab it and see what the fuzz is all about. I know I will (soon as their server isn't overloaded by the plethora of users downloading it right now). It runs in DOSBox and there's a walkthrough for how to set it up for whoever needs it. (or if you can wait a bit longer there's of course DaggerXL in the works)

For those who have the computer skills (and the hard drive space), I recommend creating a DOS 6.22 partition on a hard drive and installing Daggerfall there. You will also need Mo'Slo to bring current processors down to a speed the game can handle. I have done this and am able to run DF without the problem of invisible quest items.

Of course, the other DF bugs are still there, but it's worth it.
