I know its not on the list but Borderwatch is by far my fav town. Theres 5 houses ,an inn ,a farm and the town is 100% khajiits with heavy duty weapons!
Its also funny to see flaming dogs fly down from the sky and land on the town and the fact that you can cook some rare cheese and basically every rat in the wilderness will be plaguing the town. I really do wish that you could actually cross the border into Esweyer, how great would that be.  by the way, for those peoples that dont know where border watch is, its north-west of leijawiin.  |

Actually, you CAN cross the borders, but it requires either an alteration of the ini, or the use of a mod to do so. Borderless Cyrodiil is the name of the most commonly used mod for this.
