Mine was a permanent bound bow called Talos’ Judgement. It was enchanted with weakness to all three types of elemental damage and weakness to magicka 100% for five seconds. It also had a soul trap enchantment. The strategy was simple, one arrow and then a single cast of the level 30+ version of Wizard’s Fury = dead. Worked on anything walking or crawling. It was so effective that I had to put it on the bottom of Lake Rumare because it just broke the game for me.
