As dramatic as it sounds, tyranny, injustice, and discrimination flourish because people like her are not willing to do anything about it. Like it or not, she is a dirty cop by looking the other way when she knows murder and drug running are being committed. It could be that she is a native Bravilian who hopes to do some good where she is. But the truth is that retaining her position and refusing to act is a betrayal of the people of Bravil, not to mention her own honor.
