A short piece, by myself. Options

Here is a book I would like to submit to the mod. I know it is very short, but it hasa lot to say, please tell me whether it is good enough. (I will put it in quote form to make it easier to distinguish)

I am writing a bigger work called "Nerevarine and the Heart", but i am not sure when it will be finished.

When you have a great opinion, and it is against the opinion of that of everyone else, or it is shunned by all, then do not share your opinion. Keep it to yourself. Why? Because if you do, you will be the king of your opinion, No-one can invade your mind, and change what you think, no-one can shun you either. You will be able to fly your flag in triumph as you watch others walk by, oblivious of your higher knowledge. You will be able to sit there and smile at yourself, for you know what they don’t, and that is your personal conquest over them.

And another thing to note: If you are fighting, be it physically, verbally, or in your own head, make sure you carry on fighting. Do not forget that while there is a drop of that deep red life-fluid inside your body, and while there is a fragment of life still inside you, you are still useful to yourself. Do not give up until life gives itself up in you.

Do not be a slave to the Machine. Look at the Machine, Study the Machine, but do not be its slave. [Machine = Society, its pressures and demands, work like a machine] If you see the Machine, and use it to your advantage but do not follow it, then Nirn will be your throne.

Being popular is not everything. Even if you are loved by many, it does not mean you are loved by all. Sooner or later someone will decide that they do not like you, and in your ignorance you will end up dead. Such are the desires of certain peoples on this planet. Instead it is best perhaps to stay in the background, powerful perhaps, all-ruling maybe, but definitely in the background.

It may be thought that people who are concerned with aesthetics too much are perhaps shallow. But remember this: If something is not aesthetic, then it probably cannot benefit you. If something is aesthetic, then you will be benefited more by your own favour of it. So try at least to make everything around you as aesthetic as possible, then you will be all for the better.

Do not let someone else think that they can rule your very self. They can rule your body, but not your mind, your mind is always free to do what it likes, so do not encage it because someone else wants it to be. If you want it to be encaged, then it is your decision alone that decides this, not someone else’s.

If you these words do heed, then you shall be all the better for it.

I really like it, it's hard to say why. It's just good, it has truth in it, but in my opinion just partly.
