Skyrim Racials and Perks Options

Just found a list for some of the perks and racial abilities in Skyrim. The list may not be 100% accurate considering it was from a recording however a lot of the abilities make sense.

Skyrim Perks and Racials

As far as they go a lot of them make sense and seem quite ordinary, some of them are also very interesting. I like the idea of some perks carrying across all skills, like the Illusion perk where you cast spells from any school of magick silently.

Of course there are more to see, and there wasn't much detail on most of the racial abilities but they seem pretty close to the old ones, apart from the Dunmer's new assault ability.

I read it as this: If they have less than 10% health, then one shock attack might disintegrate them. Sounds like a damage boost to me.

EDIT: and it adds some unpredictability to the magic which pleases me.
