I just found the same thing! Four beds in the basement, all of them owned. I thought he had to do a bunch of quests first, so that's good to know before I send him off to find someone’s lost flute/drum/toenail scissors. Not good, just good to know. (He already did the fire thing.)
Thank you for checking!! I shudder to think of catly singing in a tavern. J’Shanji may get Khajiit thrown out of all Skyrim, not just the cities! I have no idea what’s on his mind.
