The shouts sound interesting to do that way. Although I noticed that one sounds like "Tea". So be careful if you ask for something to drink while playing!
Saying "Equip Dual Fire Spell" sounds just as clunky as using a hotkey or opening the menu. Especially when you are in the middle of combat, and your voice is not calm and measured like the person giving the examples.
